Richland Promise: 3 bdrm/ 3 bthrm

A beautiful home with scenic greenery to match! This property will provide the perfect space for family or group stays as well as a cozy & memorable couple(s) retreat. The home sleeps 8-10 people comfortably. It is fully equipped with a security alarm & surveillance system for the doorbell & driveway. There's a gorgeous living room area with a vaulted ceiling full of natural light that includes a 70 inch flat screen tv with cable. There are 3 opulent bedrooms as well as a plush day bed with an extended trundle in the rear of the home which we call the small den (the bedrooms have one queen beds, two full sized beds [bunk] & one king sized bed). 2 of the bedrooms have their own closet space with 2 full baths (towels and wash clothes are available for use as well). The third full bathroom is next to the small den that holds the twin sized day bed & trundle. There is a covered patio in the back that has fans, seating for 8 people & a cable tv.

Guests will have full access to an equipped gourmet kitchen that includes a microwave, a gas burning cook top with 5 burners, an oven, coffee maker, cookware, dishes and utensils and will serve as a fitting space for any top chef. We do not allow smoking of any kind inside of the home or on the outdoor furniture. The fenced in/ open patio area is the only permitted space for smoking, no exceptions. Pets are not allowed in the home either, no exceptions. There is also an outdoor grill for a relaxing and leisurely experience. As the weather changes from season to season the convenience and serenity of the patio will call your name!

Lastly we must mention that the home is within 10-25 minutes of all of Montgomery's landmarks & attractions, a prime location. Eastchase, downtown, an upcoming water park, colleges/ universities & the military bases. This lodging experience will provide high- quality at an undeniably great price. There is a 2 NIGHT MINIMUM for reservations on weekends, Friday- Sunday. Parties are NOT allowed, no exceptions. Please note that there is also a seperate suite in the back of the home that will be closed to guest. A fabulous place to stay in Montgomery

Beautiful place, very tastefully decorated with a well stocked kitchen and super comfy mattresses. Immaculately cleaned and secure. Sheila was super hospitable and easy to reach. A top property for staying in Montgomery.

Home away from home

My family and I enjoyed a wonderful holiday experience while staying at Richland Promise! The home was immaculate, perfectly appointed for our stay and had everything we would need. The host was incredibly accommodating and easy to reach if needed. We felt at home and had plenty of space for a group of 6. We would most definitely look to stay again for events in the area.

Beautiful, comfortable Home Away From Home

We had a wonderful experience during our stay. The home is exactly as pictures exhibits. It was large enough to accommodate us and the covered patio is an additional plus. The host is truly a diamond. She made sure that we had everything we needed. We can’t wait to come back next year.

The house was in a great location. Closes to ASU, Dollar General and WalMart. Everything was clean, the yard was well manicured and the house was beautiful. Had a job in the area and we stayed here. After a long day at work we could come back and relax. We had 3 guys in the house. Each of us ha dour own bedroom and bathroom. The backyard area we cooked on the grill and watched tv. We loved staying here.

We had a great stay at Richland Promise. Sheila was a great host and was quick to ask if we needed anything and to make sure we had everything for our stay. The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. We had 3 men living in the house and each had there own full bath. The house is comfortable and has a relaxed feel to it. It is very private and the backyard is perfect for cooking out and watching a game on the tv. We would definitely stay here again when we are back in the area for work.

Nice country home 🏡

Clean cozy country home. Lots of space. Beautiful outdoors and very private. Perfect get away from the city. But also not to far from major hwy & interstate. Convenient location. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the owners are amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this AB&B for anyone visiting downtown Montgomery Alabama or other sites in the City. The management were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10 am. We got to the AB&B super early and I didn't want to wait. So, this was a big plus. The amenities were exceptional as well. I will send a friend there for sure. The landscape was beautifully done. Loved the country atmosphere. Very quiet and quaint. Most definitely will stay again!
