Cozy Gulf Getaway. Oceanfront with Dock

Beautiful and peaceful views from the dock as well as from the large lanai! Look at the boats passing by or the dolphins or manatees. Great little getaway. Upper Main level is a bedroom with Living room, dining room, master bedroom, kitchen WITH a lower level that has another bedroom, full bath, family room and Kitchen area. Washer and dryer is on this level.
Lots of space inside and out.

We will strip beds. But if want to start a load of towels that would be great!!

We love the area on this cove, that is right on the Gulf of Mexico and farther back stream are manatees with dolphins in the cove, and a great view, with a great screened in porch, and a nice small deck

We especially enjoyed the beautiful view of the Gulf from this property! it was clean, well, equipped, and decorated very nicely. The outside of the property needs some tender, loving care, especially the yard, siding and deck. Great location for kayaking!

Dirty, Dingy, Disrespectful

I’m convinced the prior reviews came from family/friends staying for free. If I shared every detail, you would think I was crazy. It’s a shame I can’t provide pictures/screenshots to show the home condition and how the host spoke to me. First, the listing is deceptive. "Master" does not have a door and no privacy. I’m not positive, but I don’t believe that can be called a master or a bedroom. Lower level is actually a hazard beyond it being a dingy/dirty basement. (more deceptive listing pictures) The hosts didn’t bother cleaning before our arrival, literal trash on counters, huge cobwebs and spiders everywhere. There has been a major flood (confirmed by neighbors) and nothing has been done to remediate since the flood. There is certainly mold that has been left to grow; breathing down there after a while it is clear. The host was disrespectful in her communication to me. When I brought to her attention that the home was dirty and sent pictures of trash and filthy areas, instead of a professional response and immediate apology, her response was “I love my home, I'm sorry you don't. When do you want to check out?” I was 1000 miles from home and there were no properties to check into last minute. Refrigerator was packed with the hosts’ food/beverages. Her response: “It’s our home.” It was the worst rental experience I’ve ever had. Safety and health issues ranging from electrical to mold. They should be removed from VRBO.
