Also on the main floor is a separate dining room and a bathroom with walk in shower and two sinks. A two story spiral staircase seamlessly connects this level with a spacious loft affording a King size bed and a sitting area. Traveling down the stairs you will end in a finished walk out basement with two bedrooms with one having a sliding glass door to the patio and the other 8 feet of windows overlooking a wooded area. Both have new (7/2021) king size beds. The second bathroom with a walk in shower rounds out the lower level.
Four season rental with satellite TV, WiFi, Room for up to 6 (more for an extra fee). The home sits on 3 acres of land close to snowmobile and ATV trails, right next to Tahoe Lynx Golf Course, and 2 miles from town of Mercer and only 30-40 minutes from downhill skiing in the UP of Michigan.
