Enjoy direct trail and river access, perfect for canoeing or kayaking right from your backyard. Located near local lakes, public beaches, and parks, this property offers the ideal outdoor adventure. Featuring four bedrooms—one with two full beds, one with a king bed, one with a queen bed, and a newly finished lower level bedroom with a queen bed and a full/twin bunk bed—there’s ample space for everyone. The lower level also includes a dedicated workspace with dual monitors for remote work and a lively bar area for entertaining. With canoe and kayaks included, UTV access, and two spacious living areas, this home has everything you need for an unforgettable stay.  We also have a new UTV (seats 4) and 2 new GoBoats available for rent at our vacation guest prices.  Please inquire for more information.
