The place was in a great location with street parking. The house met our sleeping needs. It would have been helpful to know this was a 3 story home (one of us has a bad knee). The 3rd floor bathroom shower curtain needs replacing (it's moldy).

Short walk to the falls, nice place

So worth it. Casino right next door. 7eleven down the block and the falls maybe a 10 minute walk away also.

While this was an updated nice rental, the bedding, furniture, and decor was all different from what was pictured. The exterior of the house and the condition of the neighbors houses had also changed since pictures had been posted.

Big beautiful stay

This lovely renovated property right next to the casino was a delight! Comfortable kitchen, dining and living rooms on the first floor and 5 bedrooms and 2 full baths upstairs!! We loved it and walked everywhere! Get the sides of the street parking correct for overnight in the winter - it's the date after midnight that you're worried about!

The first time someone sat on the couch, the metal pieces they'd screwed in to fix it broke. Multiple broken light fixtures. As in, the globes were broken and the fixture was left with broken glass. Furniture was less than pictured. Not a single place in the house to put clothing or hang towels to dry. The neighborhood was shady at best, the house next door had cops there multiple times. We were told by local friends to park in lots with cameras, since the neighborhood wasn't great. So we paid to park at a hotel 10 minutes away. On the last morning, I pulled sheets off my bed and realized why my back hurt so bad. The frame was broken but it had been covered up by the bedding. We tried to use the kitchen. The only mixing bowl had been mixed with a knife, so it drained like a colander. So we only cooked there once despite renting a house so that we could eat out less. Overall, they beg for 5 star reviews in the property, but the property is not 5 star. 3 star at best.

Ladies Weekend at Niagara

Nice place Some details need fixing- broken blinds, curtains don’t black out outside, no ice cube trays, faucets open backwards, absolutely no hooks to hang anything ( even a towel), Neighborhood not there yet- you can tell this neighborhood is going through revitalization, but it’s not there yet. Although the house is ok, the neighborhood with boarded up houses is not great. Had a great time and glad we stayed in this place, but could use improvements both inside the house and outside in the neighborhood ** great walk king distance from casino :)

Everything was good.

The outside appearance of the property and the neighborhood made me immediately want my money back. This area is very ran down but the Casino is literally across the street. Once we were inside, I felt a little better about my stay. The inside is very nice and had plenty space to accommodate our stay. We had everything we needed in the property. The only issue we had was that we had to tighten the screws of the toilet seat in one of the bathrooms (it was very loose). Other than that, it was a good stay.

no heat and dangerous neighborhood

The inside of the house is all redone And it is close to the falls. The third floor has no heat except space heaters that can’t be plugged in our they blow a fuse. The neighborhood is unsafe with loud fights outside and many abandoned properties. I would not recommend this property.

It worked but I wouldn't do again

The house itself has plenty of bedrooms for guests. It's proximity to the falls is fantastic as well. However, there are many aspects that lead me to say I would not book again:1. Neighbors were LOUD! Not noisy kids during the day, this was adults. After 7pm any and all of the following could be heard:-Adults having screaming arguments EVERY NIGHT, all night long.-Bags of cans being drug between the home and its neighbor into the small corridor (4' max) where they were dumped/sorted/turned into musical instruments??? Constant noise within feet of 2 bedrooms2. No rooms or bathroom on the first floor.3. Stairs were STEEP and handrail does not provide assistance the entirety of the way. Not a major issue for some, but we had elderly and an injured person in the home. 4. Furniture set up in photos is not what is actually in the home. We were traveling with 7 people, the actual living area was not equipped for more than 4-5 to sit comfortably together at once.5. Beds left a lot to be desired6. While listing stated shampoo, conditioner, soap were provided; what they meant is they have a 1.25 bottle of 3-in-1 in each shower. Slightly misleading....
