2 BR, 2 bath condominium with amazing Lake of the Ozarks view. No stairs entry. Lots of amenities provided as we are the original owners and do not use a management company. Sleeps 8 people comfortably with plenty of storage. Sanitized and cleaned thoroughly for your families safety. Local restaurants and water sports close by. Lots of fun for the entire family. Lots of outdoor seating with Lakeview. Family games provided. We stock the fridge with ketchup, mustard, ranch and BBQ sauce. Coffee and creamer provided for the Bunn coffee pot with filters so you do t have to run to the store if you arrive late. Please NOTE: Property is for Sale & may be shown during your stay. We will give you as much notice as possible.

Make sure the property you book isn’t for sale

Over all experience wasn’t too bad. Nice place but a couple days before check in, we were contacted stating the condo was for sale and we would need to accommodate for potential buyers to come in and take a tour during our stay. We weren’t notified until a couple days before our stay and we weren’t given the notice before we were able to cancel and get our refund.

Wonderful place to stay

The property was exactly as advertised. It was just what we were looking for and it was very clean. The property owner was very friendly and prompt with communications. The check-in process was very easy and being able to use a personal code for the keypad was extremely convenient. We would definitely visit again!

Fun for the whole family!

Our family of four visited Osage Beach for the first time last week, and it will be a place we return to for years to come! This property is in a great location and had everything we needed. Paula was quick to respond when I reached out and gave us the best recommendations from food to fun! I would recommend this place to anyone!

Summer get away

We had our annual getaway with my mom and 2 grown kids. This is our second time staying here. This is a great location and love the walk in no stairs. The beds are very comfortable and it’s always nice and cool.

Softball tourney trip

We were in town for a softball tourney and each of our families rented a condo at this location. Ours was by far the nicest!!! Such a cute set up, perfect for hauling in all our gear with no stairs, close to the pool and beach access. All around a great stay and would happily stay there again.

This condo at Ledges was very well cared for. It was fun to sit on the balcony in the morning sipping coffee with the views of the water. The rooms were clean and smelled fresh.

Condo was just as described - beautiful. Loved there were no stairs to climb. Just park and walk straight in. Communication with owner was excellent. Instructions for arrival and departure were explained well. Very easy.

The place was so clean and had all the amenities we needed. Paula was great to work with and responded back very quickly and stayed in contact with us to make sure everything we needed was provided. We setup our rental the way we would want to find it. Clean, sanitary and stocked with some essentials. We provide coffee, reamer, sugar, bottled water and some refreshments so you don’t have to run to the grocery store right away. We’ve also stocked the bathrooms with toiletries and shower items. We have a beverage refrigerator.
