Walk into this beautifully decorated space and you'll immediately feel like you're on lake time! This condo has plenty of room for relaxing with family and friends. The property features a roomy covered deck perfect for entertaining or just kicking back and enjoying the view. This lower-level condo is just steps away from the Lake. A short walk will take you to the two pools or the sand beach with a playground for the little ones. The Ledges is located close to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment by car or by boat. There is also a 16 x 40 complimentary boat slip available for renters use on a community dock with deep water.

Perfect Family Vacation Spot

This was our second time staying at Mark's property. The place is in an excellent location, with easy access to both pools on the property and the beach. The condo is clean, beautifully decorated and has all your basic needs. We lived our stay and are already planning our next trip there!

Family weekend

We had a great stay! We loved that the boat slip was so close to the condo and so easy to access! We also loved that we could keep an eye on our boat and see it from the condo. We brought our son and 2 of his friends and the setup of the 2nd bedroom was perfect for the 3 boys!

Perfect Family Get-away!

This property provided us with the perfect family get-away! It was clean, had an excellent layout and came with all the essentials we needed. We love the location, being close to the beach and both pools. The kids loved the bunk beds and the tv in the room to watch movies at night. We enjoyed time on the deck watching the boats and ducks go by. Highly recommended and will definitely be staying there again!
