A wonderful month in the Big Easy

The Raven house is modern, comfortable and in a great location! Close to Tulane! They were very supportive of us bringing our two 50 lb dogs with us. Great outdoor spaces. Kelly the property manager was very responsive and kind. We shall return!

Lovely, high quality house.

What's Great: The house is adorable. It's got all the important appliances, and they are all in excellent working order. The beds are very comfortable. It's got a beautiful shower, and a great TV. Great closet and dresser space. It's right near the streetcar line, which I loved. It's walking distance to great restaurants, bars, coffee houses. It's in a lovely, safe, quiet neighborhood. Things to consider: We were there for a month, working remotely, so we had some needs that others might not. For example, the place would benefit from a dedicated work area (desk and desk chair). It could also use more comfortable seating in the living area. There's a school across the street, so if you are sensitive to noise, you might find it distracting. But that's only during the day. We were there during Mardi Gras, and one thing to keep in mind is that the public transportation doesn't run as regularly during the parades (and there are a lot of them). So, you do need to plan ahead during those times. But after Margi Gras everything went back to normal and it was easy to get around without a car. Kelly, the property manager is very nice and on top of things. Overall: We very much enjoyed our stay. Of course, every place has quirks and this one did too, every quirk was manageable. I would definitely recommend staying here.
