What makes this House unique: We love living in a highly walkable area of town. Easily walk to the French Quarter in about 10 minutes, or to the jazz clubs of Frenchmen Street in about 5 minutes. A full grocery store is directly across the street. Starbucks is at the end of the block. The historic feel of the city is enchanting to me, and I hope you can experience it too!

We tremendously enjoyed our stay here. The listing was as advertised, sparkling clean, and perfect for our needs. The location is easy walking to a number of bars and restaurants and close to the Quarter without all the noise so was perfect for our needs. Would stay again!
We really enloyed our stay here very nice place and good neighborhood convenient to Frenchman St and The French Quarter. Ample street parking too and liked having Roberts grocery across the street.
Perfect place to stay. Walking distance to French Quarter, and EASY walk to Frenchman Street restaurants and establishments (Adolfo’s was an excellent recommendation. If vacant, this would be my first choice for another stay. Thank you.
We very much enjoyed our time in Will's rental. The property has everything you would need for a vacation to New Orleans, and is a short Uber or Lyft ride from the French Quarter and Warehouse District. There is also street parking if you are renting a car, and having Robert's Market across the street was very convenient. We would definitely stay there again.
This home was clean and well stocked! Property owners were friendly, flexible and gave us some great tips for enjoying New Orleans and Mardi Gras.
We were far enough away from the tourists but close enough to the French Quarter to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go. I would highly recommend this home for an enjoyable visit to New Orleans.
definitely book with will if you are looking for an extremely comfortable and well-located stay. check in/out couldnt have been easier, will was a great communicator, the beds were comfortable, and the location couldn’t be beat with ample street parking, a pharmacy, starbucks, and grocery store across the street, easy access to frenchmen street and the quarter, and remarkably quiet. we felt safe the entire time. the jacuzzi tun was an added bonus :) would love to stay here again if our travels bring us back to big easy.

Thank you so much for staying with us. We are really in the middle of everything! Would be happy to host you again.
The property was exactly as described. Will was a breeze to deal with. Instructions were very clear. Walkable to Frenchman Street and even the French Quarter, if you are a little more ambitious. The accommodations themselves were very charming. Highly recommend.
This is our 2nd time staying in this rental. It was great once again. I’m sure we’ll stay here next time, too.
Very fun to stay in a classic NoLa shotgun. The owners are super accommodating. The apartment had everything we needed. Next time we will take them up on one of the tour packages they offer. 😀
Love the neighborhood. Very residential yet close to lots of great music. The location can’t be beat and is an easy walk to Frenchmen and the French Quarter. And such great food within just a few blocks.

Thanks for a great repeat stay. We are happy to host you any time!
We couldn't have asked for better location! Both Bourbon and Frenchman Streets are within easy walking distance. There is a terrific grocery store just across the street and even some clubs and restaurants within a block or two. The place itself was wonderful! It was my husband & I and my sister and we had plenty of room. Will and
Rene have done a great job in all the little thoughtful amenities they leave for the guests as well as nice, subtle decorations. Even with being on a fairly busy block we always felt safe and secure. The sidewalk noise can get a bit loud in that bedroom closest to it, but it wasn't too bad and they provide earplugs and eye masks! Will was especially helpful in accommodating our late flight out and it was SO helpful! I would absolutely recommend their place for a great visit to Nola!!
What a terrific place to return to after long days out and about! The apartment is comfy and had everything we needed. Super easy check-in and check-out. Will is a wonderful host; he checked in with us a couple of times to make sure we were good and to recommend local things to do.
My husband and I stayed for a week and were thrilled to be able to walk to most everything we wanted to do. Frenchmen Street, French Quarter, Preservation Hall, museums, even the Convention Center one day for work (thought it was a lot of walking). Anything further like City Park or a cemetery was an easy trolly or bus ride. Close to everything, but not so close that you hear people partying all night.
The Marigny and Bywater neighborhoods were our fave for wonderful food and cocktails. We will absolutely try to book this one again in the future.

Thank you so much for staying with us. We're glad you enjoyed our home and our neighborhood as much as we do. Would be happy to host you again!
My best friend and I stayed in this shot-gun style two bedroom condo for 8 days during the French Quarter Festival. I specifically chose this place as it was close enough to walk to the festival and back as I anticipated Ubers being in short supply. Not only did we walk to the festival, we also walked to as far as the garden district and to Treme. Every free night, we walked down to Frenchmen Street to listen to live music. The proximity to the grocery store (Robert’s) and Starbucks was super convenient. The pipes in the toilet are sensitive to too much toilet tissue so the toilet clogged one day, but Rene came to fix it quickly. The beds were comfortable and the fans kept the place cool. I also used the washer/dryer many times. Everything you need to enjoy your stay is at this vbro and I would stay here again and recommend it to my friends and family.
Fifteen minutes to the French Quarter, and surrounded by excellent bars, restaurants, shopping and parks if you don't care to walk that far.
Friendly hosts with great communication, lots of notes about the area in their welcome book, and modern appliances.
And have I mentioned that the location is great?
For travelers seeking a quieter and less "Bourbon" kind of New Orleans, this neighborhood and rental are highly recommended. Peaceful but within easy walking distance to small, local eateries, groceries, bookstores, bars, coffee shops, and almost anything you could want. Will and Rene are seasoned hosts and it shows. Instructions are simplified and clearly presented for everything from logging in to the wifi to a QR-code linked map of the neighborhood with their personal food and drink recommendations.
