Enjoy "The Lake Life" at Kentucky Lake!

Get away, relax, and immerse in the "Lake Life" at Kentucky Lake! This 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom spacious home provides a great opportunity to enjoy a vacation with family and friends. A large kitchen and open living area leads to an immense covered deck. Spacious parking for boats and other lake toys.

Techically equipped with high speed fiber optic with WiFi 6 router, Nest thermostat, 2nd TV that can double as an extra monitor, August door lock, and weboost cell phone booster equipment. There are 3 Blink security cameras on the outside common spaces (driveway, back yard, and front door). There are NOT any cameras or other monitoring devices inside the property.

The space
Enjoy a short walk to the lake, quiet nights on the deck, play cornhole outdoors with our new boards, spot American Bald eagles flying by, and family time around the island and locally hand-built dining room table.

Private neighborhood park 1/4 mile walk down Leisure Acres.

Please note reservations greater than 14 days may need to have periodic cleanings scheduled that would be based on the mutual agreement of both parties.

Great weekend getaway

This location was ideal and had everything we needed for a great lake weekend! We had bad weather come through and they even had flash lights and a power pack to charge phones with! The hosts were very accommodating! We will be back!

Great place!

We had a great time at this house. Very nice house and close to ky lake. Beds are comfy and everything was very clean. They had Cornhole boards which were fun. Great communication with owners. Would definitely rent from again.

Family Gathering at the Lake

We have stayed here twice with extended family for a Lake get away. This place accommodates a good group. The back porch is amazing the kids played corn hole & adults had plenty of seating to hang out as well. The kitchen island is huge with plenty of room for a big spread. It holds wonderful memories for our family.

Fall Family Trip

Property was an easy walking distance to the lakefront. Numerous board games and cornhole provided for fun family time at the home. We visited Fort Donnelson, the 1850s Homeplace and Paris, TN nearby. Definitely recommend!

Loved this House!!

It was a perfect 4 bedroom for our Thanksgiving week of family, fishing, food and football. Loved the kitchen - had everything we needed to cook our thanksgiving dinner. Lived the open concept of kitchen and family room. Very clean and comfortable! And close to the lake.

Wonderful!

Great home for a group of friends. Plenty of space and sleeping options. The kitchen is well stocked. I dont think we needed anything that wasnt there! Loved all the labels on where to find things!

Cozy cottage retreat

The cottage was lovely. Fall was in full swing. We took a walk and enjoyed the view of Kentucky Lake and the beautiful autumn trees. It was close to great restaurants. We enjoyed Blues Landing and Dew drop Inn. The cottage was nicely stocked with everything you needed. Bed and pillows very comfy. Great place to relax and watch TV. We'll definitely go back!

Beautiful House at the lake!

Minus a few issues with the location we were pleased with the house. We were u see the impression we had lake access, the signs posted made it seem like it was private property. Once we talked to the owners they explained we could use that access.

Perfect getaway

I am so glad that the lack of reviews did not sway us away from this amazing vacation house. This is very close to the 'Paris Landing State park' and 'Land Between the Lakes State Park'. There is a 'Dollar General' about 8.9 miles if you needed to do some Grocery. Thanks Nick for staying on top of things, we will be back next year. - Amit
