A perfect family vacation!

Wolfgang and Alexandra were perfect hosts. The apartment was brand new and clean. There are plenty of bikes to borrow for all sizes! Every morning we had fresh bread delivered to our door. Behind the house is a walking/bike path that is 4 kilometers to a beautiful mountain lake with a restaurant and rowboats to rent. The owners hosted a dinner one night with traditional Austrian BBQ and live Austrian music. I can’t recommend this apartment highly enough. We will definitely be back!! Thank you Alexandra and Wolfgang!!

Aufenthalt

Hallo,an sich super tolle Wohnung, schade, dass sie zur Hauptstraße raus war. Dadurch konnten wir nachts nicht gut durchlüften (Autos und Pub gegenüber). Aber ansonsten wirklich perfekt.Auch die Gastfamilie ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Hallo Sebastian, danke für deine Bewertung. Wir haben in dieser Kategorie sowohl straßenseitige als auch gartenseitige Wohnungen. Die Straße ist wirklich nicht stark befahren, das Pub hat derzeit geschlossen. Unsere Fenster sind schalldicht und zusätzlich bieten wird elektrische Jalousien. Schönes Gesamtpaket

Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder in einer Ferienwohnung mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern (diese Aufteilung war uns wichtig). Sowohl Wohnung als auch das gesamte Haus bieten alles, was man braucht. Der Außenbereich mit dem Naturbadeteich ist wirklich schön und eigentlich kann man dort auch den ganzen Tag verbringen, wenn das Wetter passt (unsere Kids haben sich trotzdem lieber in den angrenzenden Bach gelegt, den man ebenfalls gut überblicken kann). Eine tolle und sehr geräumige Outdoorküche mit überdachter Sitzmöglichkeit ermöglicht sogar das Grillen & Kochen & Verweilen bei Regen. Vom Tischtennistisch über Trampolin, Billard, Wuzzler, Playstation, Indoor-Spielplatz ist für Groß & Klein so viel da, dass wir Mühe hatten, die Kinder auf den Berg zu bekommen :-). Auch Gratis-Fahrräder stehen ausreichend in allen Größen einfach so zur Verfügung - einfach nehmen und losradeln. Alles wahnsinnig unkompliziert unter sehr freundlicher Führung. Das E-Auto konnte auch geladen werden und der Supermarkt im Haus hat alles, was man für Frühstück oder Grillabend brauchen könnte. Wir waren superhappy mit diesem Quartier und können es Familien im Sommer voll und ganz weiterempfehlen :-). WENN man was Negatives finden will: das Haus ist etwas hellhörig (wir hatten 1 Schlafzimmer in den Innenhof) und die Straße ist ebenfalls gut hörbar (inkl. Kirchenglocken um 7 Uhr in der Früh). Da es bei uns mit 3 Kids aber eh immer gut Pegel gab, hat uns das selten wirklich gestört.

Empfehlenswert!

Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt in unserem Appartement (Top3). Wir sind eine Familie mit zwei Kindern (8 und 0) + Oma und Opa. Wir waren im August hier. Der Ausblick auf die Berge war wunderschön, einiges Manko bei der Lage der Zimmer war die Straße, da hier zwar kein großer Druchgangsververkehr herrscht aber morgens meist die Belieferung des im Haus liegenden Spar Marktes erfolgt und gegen 7 Uhr die Glocken der Kirche gegenüber Recht laut sind (was bei geschlossenen Fenster aber kaum hörbar ist). Alles in allem sind wir sehr zufrieden gewesen und können uns vorstellen wieder zu kommen. Vorallem Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich und herzlich und die Seele des Hauses. Magisk semester!

Vi älskade allt från den natursköna byn Kleinarl till den helt perfekta lägenheten och det trevliga och mycket serviceinriktade värdparet! Vi hoppas definitivt ha möjlighet att komma tillbaka såväl på sommaren, men även prova ett besök på vintern. Vi bodde fyra i lägenhet Top 3 och lyxigare kan man inte ha det, stort, välutrustat och smakfullt nyrenoverat. Spar butiken i bottenplan hade i princip allt vi behövde, med Wagrain nära täcktes alla behov. Mycket att både se och göra i området. Tack för oss för denna gång och på återseende!

Top Familienurlaub in Österreich

Wir waren sehr mit dem Wohnung, die gesamte Einlage, Umgebung und dem Gastgeber zufrieden. Unser Unterkunft Top-2 war wirklich „TOP“ Neurenoviertes Objekt mit ein hochwertiges Sanitäter- und Küchenausstattung. Fabelhafte riesige Sonnenterrasse mit ein Traumhafter Ausblick ins Gebirge und auf dem Fluss sowie ein gepflegte Gartenanlage mit dem erfrischenden Teich rundete das Angebot ab. Kinderbetreuung war absolut Spitzenmässig und hat unsere 8-jährige Tochter sehr begeistert. Alle eingetroffenen Kleinigkeiten konnten sofort vor Ort mit dem Hausbesitzer geklärt werden. Wir werden dieses Apartment ohne Bedenken weiterhin Empfehlen und kommen auch selber gerne wieder.

Ein super Sommerurlaub in Kleinarl!

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt bei Familie Viehhauser in Kleinarl. Die Wohnung war super und für uns als Großfamilie perfekt. Lage war mit Kindern klasse. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Prachtig en schoon appartement

Prachtig appartement met buitenzwembad en ruime tuin. Prachtig natuurgebied vlakbij in de buurt, zeker een aanrader om de wandeling de berg op temaken naar het meer. Het was een belevenis.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit besonders netten Vermietern

Wir haben unseren Sommerurlaub in Österreich verbracht und bei Familie Viehauser in Kleinarl gewohnt. Die Ferienwohnung kann man unbedingt weiterempfehlen, sie war sehr geräumig, tip top und es fehlte an nichts. Auch für unsere Kinder fanden sich viele Möglichkeiten. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
