Impasse Des Violettes, on Ave de Sospel, is located in a traditional 'Maison Mentonnaise'. Set back from the road in a quiet little courtyard, it will appeal to travellers seeking a characterful and convenient location.

The main bus and train stations are less than 5 minutes away, providing easy access to Monaco, Nice Airport, Italy and the entire Cote D'Azur.

Menton town centre and beaches are 5 - 10 minutes' walk. On street parking available and at nearby train station secure underground car park.

The apartment was completely refurbished and re-equipped during 2024. There is a separate main bedroom and a sofa bed set in an alcove in the living room. Perfect for two people, maximum accommodation is four.

Please be aware there is a narrow staircase.

Appartement plein de charme, au calme et proche du centre-ville et de la plage. Les équipements sont satisfaisants excepté pour le couchage du canapé-lit dans le séjour. En effet une fois le canapé déplié la longueur du lit est petite, et si on fait plus d'1m75 les pieds dépassent. C'est la raison pour laquelle cet appartement est parfait pour un couple mais pas pour davantage de personnes. Si nous retournons à Menton à 2 nous solliciterons volontiers Robin pour louer à nouveau cet appartement.
