Our family stayed here for 6 nights and had a good experience in Menton.
The apartment clean and functional, but a bit dated, with all the necessities for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware and utensils if you plan to cook on vacation. There’s a coffee machine, though note that nespresso coffee pods are not provided — so you might want to bring or buy some locally.There were plenty of towels, which is great for longer stays, and a working washing machine, which we appreciated during a beach vacation. Has good Wi-Fi, and air conditioning was very nice for night sleep.Building walls are quite thin and local people wake up early, so in the morning if you sleep late you can hear them watching TV/talking. The host was good with communication and flexible around our check-in time, which we were very thankful for.The location is a major plus! Just a short walk from the Menton train station, making it easy to travel along the Côte d’Azur (Nice, Cannes, Monaco). The main bus terminal is also nearby, which is very convenient for exploring Menton.We bought the ZOU! Pass Sud Azur (7-day), which gave us unlimited travel on local trains and buses — it was excellent value. Bus “1” takes you directly to Plage des Sablettes (a lovely beach) and the Intermarché supermarket, which we found to be more budget-friendly than Carrefour.Overall, a practical and well-located apartment that worked well for a family stay in Menton. We would stay here again.
We had an excellent stay at this property. Very well located to train and old town Menton. Very clean with all needed equipment. Would come again. Merci.
Lovely apartment ideally located for the train station
We were on an Inter-rail trip, so easy access to the train was important to us. This apartment was perfect for us in that regard. The place has an odd mix of crockery, furniture, etc. but it was reasonably clean (a little dusty). I would certainly stay there again

Great apartment, close to the restaurants (La Trattoria is the only one I would recommend), to the beach, supermarket and train station
The AC vent is located in the hallway therefore the only "cooling" system in the bedroom were 2 fans.

okay, aber nicht überragend
am Rande des Innenstandtbereichs, aber kein besonders ruhige Lage, etwas in die Jahre gekommen
Appartement très agréable et à proximité du centre ville , plage , gare routière et sncf. En plus, avec le garage.Nous tenons à remercier notre hôte très sympathique, souriante et disponible pour notre séjour. Je recommande fortement !

Bon séjour de deux semaines dans cet appartement très bien situé. Nous avons visité les villages perchés, les restaurants alentours sont très bon et la plage des Sablettes est a 20minutes à pied ou 10 minutes en bus. La propriétaire est très sympathique et disponible. Attention cependant appartement mal insonorisé
Perfekter spot für einen Aufenthalt an der Cote Azur
Super zentral gelegene Wohnung mit zwei Balkons und einem Schlafzimmer. Es war alles vorhanden was wir als Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern brauchen. Zim strand waren es ca. 7 min., ebenso zum Ort. Das O sole mio hat mit einer hervorragenden Pizza aufgewartet und auch der Bäcker war direkt um die Ecke.
Jolie ville et beaux paysages. Très animée et les habitants très serviables.
Une seule chose est à déplorer est la pétarade incessante des motos, vespas, mobylettes qui font un bruit assourdissant en mettant les gaz à fond. Un bon point, les voitures s arrêtent pour laisser traverser les piétons.
Beaucoup de circulation et difficile de se garer. Nous avons tout fait a pied, ce qui est bon pour la santé.
Appartement très lumineux et idéalement situé dans un cul de sac donc tres calme bien que au centre de Menton tout près de la plage du centre des boutiques, de la gare ,d'un supermarché, d'une pharmacie et de nombreux restaurants.
Le garage fermé pour garer la voiture est un gros plus.
Un excellent rapport qualité/prix.

Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt sehr schön. Aufgrund der hohen Hitze konnte man erst spät die Wohnung verlassen. Insofern war die Klimaanlage in der Wohnung für das Wohlbefinden sehr wichtig. Die Wohnung war geräumig und im wesentlichen sauber. Das Haus ist zentral gelegen, der Bahnhof und der Supermarkt sowie die Innenstadt von Menton waren fußläufig erreichbar. Allerdings ist das Haus sehr hellhörig. Für Aufenthalte mit kleineren Kindern ist die Unterkunft daher nur bedingt geeignet.
Bon séjour dans l'ensemble mais nous avons été déçu de ne pas avoir le garage comme il etait indiqué dans l'annonce.
Nous avons également trouvé mal insonorisées l'appartement, nous entendions la TV du voisin.
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, mit allem was man braucht.Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hilfreich. Als mal das Internet gestreikt hat war sie schnell zur Stelle und alles dafür getan, dass es wieder funktioniert. Die Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen.
