It was a nice stay. It was very clean. The online listing of check in, check out were different than the information given to me by the host. Online it says check in is 3pm and check in was 4 pm.

The listing has been updated to reflect the correct check-in time. It is our goal to have the home extremely clean for every visit and unfortunately with back to back visits the extra time is needed. Thank you for bringing this to our attention and thank you for your kind words about our home.

Great Host

Fled for the hurricane amd the property was exactly what we needed. Had lots for my son to do and kept our minds off what was happening back home.

Nice pool home

The house was perfect for our family. The pool was the highlight of our stay. There were plenty of pool toys and the security was a plus. We had 2 toddlers so we knew if they opened a door. The kitchen had everything we needed to make a meal. The bbq grill was tip top. The Withlacoochee bike trail is within biking distance so no need to trailer them. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay. And to add, Amado was always prompt with responding to my texts. Thanks so much.

Bartow

House # on the listing is the neighbors house .#. Need to update listing. That was the only glitch. Otherwise, beautiful home.

Cute house

This rental is very cute and in a safe neighborhood. We had a little hiccup at checkin but the host was able to help us over the phone. Since we are visiting in the off season and the temps were on the cooler side, it would have been nice to know and have the option to have the pool heated prior to arrival. Apparently this is an additional charge. The pool was not warm enough for us to enjoy which was one of the reasons we booked this house. Overall we’d definitely stay here again and appreciate the host going above and beyond for us.

The place and location was great. Everything like new! The reason for 4 stars is the supplies for the home was lacking. We rented for 3 days. There was a quarter of a roll of paper towels. A single extra 13 gal garbage bag. A partial roll of toilet paper in guest bathroom with 2 other small partial rolls under sink. A single wash pod for washer machine. We had to go buy all these. If it was one could chalk up to oversight.Once again the place was great and would rent again!.

Hi James, Thank you so much for your kind words and for taking the time to share your experience! We're so glad you enjoyed the home and its location it means a lot to us that you'd consider staying again. We sincerely appreciate your feedback about the supplies. While we do aim to provide a starter set of essentials for all our guests, it’s clear we fell short in your case, and we’re truly sorry for the inconvenience. We'll be reviewing our supply checklist to ensure future guests have what they need to start their stay off right. With gratitude, from our family to yours. —Tito
