South Padre Waterfront Paradise-Sleeps 6-10- Dock-Great Fishing-Pet friendly

Bring your Boat! This waterfront house is located on the bayside, just down the street from Blackbeard's Restaurant at 228 Esperanza. This house is on the bayside, newly remodeled, and right on the water. The upstairs sleeps 6 and the downstairs sleeps 4. You must be 30 years old to rent this property.

The property has a lighted fishing pier- underwater and under deck lighting. One of South Padre's best kept secrets is that this is one of the best night fishing spots on the entire island! (Guests have attested to this!) This is a great location for a fishing getaway or family vacation.

The spacious concrete patio has fantastic views of the bay, and is ideal for a sunset barbeque. Wi-Fi. Upstairs/downstairs units are joined by a protected staircase. Air conditioning, cable TV, full kitchen, microwave, refrigerator. Linens provided.
Upstairs unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with a king and 2 large double beds. Downstairs has a queen bed and a double trundle bed - which means 2 singles. Upstairs can sleep 6 and downstairs, 4..., so 10 can sleep total.

Our Permit number is 2023-2287 from the town of South Padre Island.

Also, we only rent to 30 and over. We have had too many bad experiences with college kids. Please know that we might ask for you to take an iphone pic of your drivers' and send it to us, to make sure, and we do require an address, in case you book with Homeaway direct, which doesn't ask for it!

Location is great in the middle of everything is around the corner and can see the fireworks from the back dock. Fishing was amazing kids definitely where excited with the trout and redfish from the lighted pier. I would definitely recommend the house we will definitely be renting this house again next summer.

Awesome location and fishing dock

The fishing dock is a 10+ rating - near the channel, underwater lighting to attract bait, and a great cleaning station. The house was clean and had kitchens on both floors. There were repairs that required personnel to be onsite several times. The host was very attentive to our needs and facilitated the needed maintenance and repairs.

Priority was as described. Slight delay in obtaining check in instructions, but once obtained, no issues. Downstairs floor was wet upon arrival, but once AC was turned down it dried well. House is slightly dated, but beds were comfortable and house was clean. Appliances worked well and also were clean. Favorite part of stay was the fishing from pier. Outstanding night fishing with tons of activity. Overall a great investment for a long weekend. Definitely would stay here again if given the opportunity!
