This beautiful, privately-owned townhouse has 6 Bedrooms, and 6.5 Bathrooms. It was completely rebuilt in 2010 and has a Fully-Equipped Kitchen, Extra Bedroom Loft, Game Room with Pool Table, Ping-Pong Table, and Air-Hockey. Four Balconies, Furnished Outdoor Decks, and Private Fishing Dock With Underwater Lights.

You'll enjoy breathtaking sunsets while grilling on the BBQ or fishing from your private dock. The beach is just down the street and only 3 short blocks away. Your feet will be sinking in the sand within 10 minutes if you walk and only 2 minutes if you drive

This amazing vacation home also includes numerous amenities for your beach outings such as: beach bicycles, beach chairs, boogie boards and other beach toys for fun in the sand. For those who prefer to have their fun on the bay we have kayaks, fishing poles, and water skiing equipment (water skis, kneeboard, wakeboard, towable tube). The dock has a 25 ft. fishing pier with underwater lights that attract all kinds of fish at night. The dock can accommodate a 25 ft. boat and comes prepared with cleats and bumpers. For those guests who do not bring a boat but want to enjoy boating and fishing activities, we offer a bay boat for rental as well. Ask for details.

Very nice property!

Great location on the bay side of the island. Unit was furnished, decorated and appointed better than any VRBO that we have booked. 2 car garage was very nice to keep 2 large SUV’s out of the elements. The only potential drawback is that stairs are required to enter the unit and to access the bedrooms. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great place for a fishing group!

This rental was even better than the description implied. The unit is massive with plenty of space for a group to enjoy. The dock is very useful for a fishing trip, house is well maintained and in a quite area. Would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed there several times we love it. It’s convenient never had a problem with the owner or the host really enjoyed it. Highly recommend it to anyone traveling to SouthPadre.

Location, Location, Location!

Wow! Such a special find! Our extended family ages 7-75 enjoyed our 4 night stay in October. Mornings were spent fishing and kayaking right off the dock. As the afternoon warmed, we walked 10 minutes to the beach to enjoy crystal clear warm waves. But, we made sure to be back to the condo for some of the BEST sunsets we have ever seen! Kids kept entertained with all the fishing action. Game room was a bonus and enjoyed by this not fishing! Our group of 16 all had plenty of space and the layout kept sleeping areas quiet. Bed were very comfortable. We appreciated all the decor. 3 refrigerators was a huge help. Ower was very responsive and patient with all our questions. Thank you! We hope to return!

Great Property

We were looking for a place that had plenty of room for our family vacation. We had 12 children ages 0-17 and 8 adults. There was plenty of room for all of us. The location was amazing. You didn’t have to drive far for anything. The game room was a big hit with the kids. Also, the fishing was great right off the deck. There was every thing you could need for the beach in the garage. We really appreciated the owners quick response for the times we had to call him. Everyone had a great time.

Excellent place to stay in South Padre!!

Had a great time and will definitely stay at this house again! Everything available for swimming, sitting on the beach or just hanging out in the house. Love the view from the balconies! Close to shopping and food ! Teenagers love riding the bikes that are available Excellent communication with the owner!

Better than a pool

The house was in a great location and we really enjoyed the bay side of the island. Spent hours fishing from the dock, swimming and playing games. Great place for a group to stay. House needs some minor repairs but overall it was very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and there were tons of beach toys. Thanks for sharing your home.

Amazing weekend!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo!! Being directly on the bay with a spot to keep our boat, but only a 10 minute walk from the beach was perfect! We fished right off the dock day and night and caught several fish, crabs, and even two sting rays! The house itself was perfect for a big group. The game room was a blast, the porches to sit on and watch the sunset, etc. The kitchen was well stocked, and there were beach toys, a wagon, beach chairs, bikes, kayaks and more to enjoy! The amount of bathrooms was a huge plus for a group our size. Walking distance to several amazing restaurants. Our favorite was Viva! You will not be disappointed if you stay here!

Excellent location and house

Three families enjoyed this condo for the week with our teenager children...13 of us total. We had a wonderful time. Klaus was very easy to work with and extremely helpful. We did rent the boat for the week as well and it was truly enjoyed. Thank you!!!

Great House for Big Families

Our family of 20 had the best time. We had plenty of rooms, beds, and bathrooms for everyone. The kids and adults enjoyed the game room and the outdoor toys. We enjoyed the kayaks, bikes and all the beach stuff available to use. You honestly don’t need to overpack because this house has it all. There was hand soap in every bathroom, soap and shampoo in every shower. They had plenty of towels, washcloths and toilet paper. The kitchen is fully stocked and the house had 3 refrigerators to use. I can’t count how many times the family said they’d be more than happy to rent this house again.

Christmas in July

I have a large family 19 of us stayed at this property and we were all comfortable. Beds and not bunks is one reason I picked this house. It has all you could want to enjoy a beach vacation. The beach chairs, table and tents were much appreciated. The house is on the bay side and not far from the beach but you do have to cross the main road which was very busy. No crosswalk and cars don't stop for you. Still some of us walked but most drove to beach. We really enjoyed fishing off the dock at night. We probably caught over 20 fish and the kids just loved it. Bayside had fireworks on the Friday night we were there and we had a great view of them form the house. We cooked every meal in the house and had all we needed.

Wow.

This place is AMAZING. Has more than enough room for our 12 adults and everything you can think of. House was well stocked and clean. The multiple fridges were a big help since we went to HEB (about 10 mins away) for groceries for all our meals. Not a far walk to the beach but we drove since we had coolers, umbrellas and whatnot to bring. Had no problem finding parking spots even during the holiday weekend. The first morning we noticed there was no coffee pot so we had to be creative. After breakfast we went to the beach and came back and bam.. new coffee pot waiting for us! Great service! Sitting on the back porch at night the fish and shrimp are just jumping out of the water. The neighbor was just fishing with a net! I would not recommend swimming in the bay at the house, there is old rebar in the water below and some people got cut swimming. One negative for the people who liked to sleep in were the curtains.. They were pretty sheer and didn't block any sun and it beams right in, but that didn't bother the early risers. Ate dinner at Blackbeard's one night and it was nothing special, I would pick somewhere else. A group of us went parasailing at breakaway cruises and it was awesome!! All in all, great vacation, great house, great views and great service. We will definitely be back. Klaus, if you find any keys please let us know! we have a feeling they might be lost at the beach though :(

23 vacation

Overall we were pleased with this location. Not sure if it was due to end of "in season " time or not but we did have some issues which led to the 4 for a rating Overall. Upon arrival the cleaning crew was still there at check-in time. No biggie We walked in and loved it at first glance. As we spent more time we noticed a lot of little details that get over looked from the cleaning crew. Lights above the dining table were full of dead bugs. Shower heads had green mildew and were almost closed off with build up. A few of the showers barely had pressure one so much so that it hardly trickled water out. There is also 1 shower that the handle falls off. There was a lot of little maintenance issue like t go ng on. A few areas that could use a fresh coat of paint. Some drywall damage to be repaired. Not sure if the owner lives near by where they have the ability to stop a check on these things or if they depend on the maintenance man to keep them informed. Again maybe just end of season issues i don't know. There was an issue he was informed of with the dryer and while i appreciate the concern in the case we needed it the maintenance man was there to repair it right away however I'm not on vacation to do laundy so the interruption the first couple days were a bit unexpected. But again that issue was also resolved right away. Seems like a lot but with all that said, the customer service was great and we would stay again for sure again slight maintenance needed

Could be amazing!

The host was accommodating and responsive. However, it is obvious that he either spends little time at his property or he simply does not care about the upkeep. The house could be amazing with a little attention (holes in the walls, one of ceiling fans in the first floor family area did not work, several light fixtures lacked light bulbs, corroded faucets, low water pressure, one bathroom had no hot water in the vanity faucet), updating (furniture is old and dank, towels smelled sour and moldy), and a thorough cleaning. Thankfully, we stopped at Walmart on our way to the house and purchased cleaning supplies which we found were greatly needed upon our arrival. However, that causes one to wonder why we paid an upfront cleaning fee. In all actuality, we should have been paid for cleaning. I fault Vrbo for not requiring hosts to list whether the properties are handicapped accessible. That is something that I will bring to the attention of American with Disabilities. I am not suggesting that properties all be handicapped accessible, I am however suggesting that hosts should advise travelers if the property is not accessible. What was to be a family reunion became a divided family event because the elders had to relocate to a hotel due to the 18 stairs leading to the first bedroom level. When we address our concern with the host, he simply replied, "There are a lot of stairs. Big place. Hope all is working for you." No apology, no empathy. One of the listed highlights of the property was the lighted pier. When advised the pier did not light up, the host immediately sent out someone to address it. It lit the evening of the repair and never again. I fault Vrbo for listing this property as a Premier property. The only thing premier was the price we paid. Please note, we paid that gladly because it was advertised as something we are accustomed to. It certainly was not our homes away from home.

Farmer friends visit

Condo was as advertised. Beautiful deck with dock on the water. Well appointed, everything you could ever need in the kitchen. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Washer and dryer was handy. Bikes, fishing gear and recreational gear. Great location.Clean and comfortable. There were 4 couples and we each had plenty of space for privacy. Host was readily available throughout booking process Highly recommend
