Our new apartment, completed in May 2015, has modern, luxurious furnishings. High-quality oiled oak parquet is laid throughout the apartment. The entire facility is new and is complemented by a few antiques. We have paid particular attention to a reduced modernity in the furnishings, which matches the newly renovated upper floor of our house. Appealing exposed beams and the open gable with a total height of over 3.50 meters give the room a pleasant and spacious atmosphere.

WiFi is available free of charge in the apartment.

Generous living area

The apartment has a spacious living / dining area, which is equipped with a comfortable sofa that can be converted into a bed for two people (140 cm bed). Here you can also find a 42 inch flat screen TV, a DVD player is connected and of course all satellite programs come in HD quality.

Modern kitchenette and dining area

You eat at a beautiful wooden table with seating for 4 people. The modern kitchenette is equipped with everything you need for cooking. In addition to a fridge and stove with an oven, the kitchen also has a dishwasher and, of course, a coffee machine and a coffee machine for cappuccino, espresso, etc.

Cozy bedroom

The bedroom is open to the living area and has a double bed with a bed of 180 cm. A beautiful and spacious closet with clothes rails and another small TV with integrated DVD player leave nothing to be desired.

South-east balcony with a view of the countryside

Across the entire width of the living / dining area there is a balcony, which invites you to have breakfast and also to relax in the evening. The view from the balcony looks into the green on the neighboring meadow and the trees and fields behind it. The meadow is not used for agriculture, only mowed in summer.

Bathroom as a wellness oasis

The bathroom is also completely new and very modern in gray and white. It has a bathtub with integrated shower, a vanity and plenty of storage space. A nice place to relax on vacation or after work.

A parking space is available for you directly in front of the house.
