Our home is designed to comfortably host up to 12 guests. Planning to bring extra guests? Please reach out to us in advance for approval so we can best accommodate your stay. Unauthorized additional guests may be subject to a fee of $25 per person, per night.

New Years at Disney

Spacious updated home. Clean and great amenities. Rooms are large and game room kept kids entertained. Will definitely stay here again.

Plenty of space!

This house was great for our family. There was plenty of space to spread out and lots to keep us busy on rainy days. Communication was delayed at times and there were issues with the pool heat, but overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Disney Vacation

Thank you for everything. Property was as listed on VRBO, while onsite a few minor maintenance items were encountered, Tina and property management were quick to respond with a resolution. I would definitely recommend this property and stay there again.

Great property wish we owned it!

This was a great property well maintained, furnished. The outdoor patio TV was a bonus! The kids were over the moon foe the decked out game room. The house was equipped with charging outlets for our devices. Great area to stay in, close to everything! Very spacious roomy! Only minor issues that were rectified by property management in a timely manor. We would stay here again!

0 STAR dirty home, many issues. Very poor customer service & experience

Our family of 13 with toddlers had a horrible experience. Reasons being: 1. Checked in at 4pm to a dirty house. Towels on floors, used beds, garbages full. Crumbs and stains all over surfaces and floors. Wasted time contacting and sending proof before cleaners came. After a full day of travel, coming to a dirty house and not able to use it for 3.5hrs is horrible especially with little children. 2. Listing says bbq available. After paying in full, they said there’s no bbq but still charged the extra bbq cleaning fee! Had to go rent my own with 3rd party rental, no compensation. 3. Paid extra for daily pool heating for the week, but pool wasn’t heated. Had to call again. 2 days of no heat, the pool guy didn’t show up until next day so had to wait for water to heat up.4. No extra toilet paper or dish soap, dish pods, since cleaners rushed and didn’t leave any new supplies. Had to go out and buy all our own. Rental didn’t state we had to provide these ourselves. All in all, customer service was very poor. Aside from an apology, “so sorry”, we didn’t receive any compensation for time lost and inconveniences. So much time was wasted, messaging and calling, back and forth to resolve issues. We just wanted to relax and enjoy our time. Would not recommend rent somewhere else.

However, we’d like to clarify several key points: Cleaning: There was indeed a rare delay with cleaning due to an emergency with our cleaning team. As soon as you notified us, we immediately dispatched the cleaners and resolved the issue. While this was unfortunate, it was addressed as promptly as possible. BBQ: Our listing does not advertise a BBQ. If there was any confusion, we regret that and will make the listing even clearer. No cleaning fee for a BBQ was charged on our end — we are happy to provide receipts for transparency. Pool Heating: Pool heat was scheduled and turned on prior to arrival. Occasionally, depending on the weather, it can take time for the water to fully warm up. We did follow up with the pool technician immediately after your message. Supplies: As noted in the listing, we provide a starter pack of essentials (toilet paper, soap, etc.) for the first night. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies during longer stays. This is a common practice for vacation rentals. While we strive to provide a comfortable stay for all our guests, we must respectfully disagree with the characterization of your experience as "horrible." Our team made every effort to respond quickly and professionally to each concern you raised. We welcome feedback, but we also ask for fairness and accuracy. Thank you.
