Our dedicated local manager treats our villa like a home to be proud of: spotless on arrival, responsive when it matters, nothing left to chance.

It's a home built for the whole family — where grandparents relax by the private pool, teens claim the game room, and the little ones light up in their themed rooms. Everyone together, everyone with their own space, just 9 miles from Disney.

Seven bedrooms — five with playful themes, two classic kings for grown-ups who'd rather not sleep under a mural. Three have private ensuite bathrooms.

🏊 PRIVATE POOL & SPA
A screened-in private pool and hot tub, yours alone for the whole stay. Sun loungers, a covered outdoor sectional, a privacy screen, and no direct rear neighbors. A BBQ grill is here for cookout nights (guests bring propane). Pool & spa heating available as an add-on (pool 89°F / spa 100°F, 9am–9pm).

🎮 GAME ROOM & LOFT
Downstairs: a Galactic-themed game room with pool table, foosball, and three arcade machines. Upstairs: a loft lounge with a large smart TV and PlayStation — a second hangout that earns its space every night.

The waterpark itself — slides, lazy river, splash pad and pools — is included at no charge. A few extras, such as mini golf, the climbing wall, and cabana rentals, may carry a separate resort fee. For a group of 10, resort water access alone can replace hundreds of dollars a day in park tickets.

🍳 KITCHEN & DINING
A fully equipped kitchen built for feeding a crowd — full-size appliances, plenty of counter space, a dining table for 10, plus a breakfast bar. Washer and dryer on-site.

👶 LITTLE ONES, COVERED
Pack-and-play, high chair, baby bathtub, toddler toilet-reducer seat with built-in step stool, and a baby food maker — every essential in place. Plus a wooden playhouse with a pretend supermarket, kitchen & grill, and a kids' reading corner.
