CasaMenta is a stone house (260 m2, courtyard 574 m2) and can accommodate up to 10 guests. The object is marked with the EcoDomus symbol. EcoDomus is a program of the Department of Tourism of the Istria County, which aims to increase social and environmental responsibility in tourism. This renovated Istrian, modern holiday home is ideal for two families, since every family has their own apartment. Each room has its own bathroom. House is only rented as a whole.

The entrance gate to the private parking is remotely controlled and provides a comfortable and secure parking for two cars. Courtyard has 574 m2 and is completely fenced. The garden furniture are also available. In the courtyard there is a stone fireplace. The pool is 7.4m x 3.6m high. Next to the pool there is a toilet, an outdoor kitchen with fridge and a covered shower. The house has W-LAN and direct dial telephone. The house is also suitable for rental in winter, as there is underfloor heating throughout the house,

The village has about 1000 inhabitants Marčana. In our neighborhood there is a playground (2 minutes walk) and two shops (only 15 meters), where you can buy every morning fresh bread and rolls. Post office, ATM, pharmacy, cafe and snack bar are all within 50 meters.
The beaches in Duga Uvala, Kavran, Peruški, Vareški, Rakalj, Krnica can be reached within ten minutes by car. If you want to enjoy nature, peace and quiet, then these beaches are the place for you! These beaches are not überfullt in the summer, and you can choose between pebbles, rocks and various hidden coves. The sea is crystal clear and warm in summer.
The first unit of the holiday house has a surface of cca. 135 m2 and is on two floors. During the renovation in 2012 and 2017, great attention was paid to detail and quality, especially to masonry and craftsmanship with original materials. This unit offers a perfect Istrian apartment for up to 6 people. The beautiful, individually furnished house displays character and charm with a timeless quality. On the first floor is the spacious and functional kitchen, dining room, living room and bathroom. The bathroom has a washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with electric cooker / gas stove, oven, microwave, large fridge freezer, dishwasher and coffee maker. The living room has a balcony with a beautiful view of the garden. A wooden staircase separates the bright living room with smart and satellite TV from the second floor with hardwood floor, where the bedrooms are. In the bedrooms there are double beds and bathroom. A bedroom with bathroom makes the unit known as "the sea", and the second bedroom with bathroom unit called the "lavender". In all rooms are available with a hairdryer and bathrobes. The bathroom "sea" has a hot tub. In each bedroom there is a safe. In the windows in the house fly screens are installed, which is very convenient during the summer months. It has an area of about 55 m2 and consists of a kitchen with a dining room and a living room / bedroom (bed "160cmx200 cm) with a bathroom (studio), a double bedroom and a bathroom. Living room has satellite TV. The kitchen is equipped with induction hob, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher and coffee maker. In the bedroom there is a large patio doors with views and exit to the courtyard and garden. The bathroom has a washing machine. Renovation of this unit was made in 2017.
On the ground floor of the holiday home there is a wellness area with Finnish sauna, a static bike and a range of basic training. In addition, we offer a professional facial and body treatments that include a variety of massages, pedicures, manicures, and aromatherapy. This has an area of about 70 m2.
