The villa has a spacious heated private pool, perfect for a refreshing dip on hot days. Heating in the pool is available in April, May , September and October for additional cost od 30 euros per day. Plus, there's private covered parking for 4 cars, ensuring convenience for guests arriving by car.

Inside, Villa Unica is modern and stylish, providing a comfortable retreat for guests. Outside, the beautiful garden features table tennis for some fun outdoor activities, along with a few olive trees that add to the charm of the property.

Die Villa Unica ist ein sehr schöner Ort, um zu entspannen.In einer Entfernung von ca. 25/30 Minuten findet man schöne Ausflugsziele (Roviny, Pula etc.).Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man braucht.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Die Lage ist perfekt, wenn Sie Privatsphäre und Entspannung suchen und dennoch nur eine kurze Fahrt von wunderbaren Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Bars entfernt sind. Die Villa verfügt über alles, was Sie für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigen, einschließlich eines wunderschönen Swimmingpools, der nachts mit den Wasserlichtern und der umliegenden Ruhe unglaublich romantisch ist. Wenn Sie Sport und Natur mögen, gibt es direkt neben dem Haus einen wunderschönen Waldweg, der sich perfekt zum morgendlichen Joggen oder Mountainbiken eignet."

"Villa Unica ist ein fantastischer Ort zum Verweilen. Die Lage ist schön, nur Natur um einen herum. Alles ist neu und sauber. Der Pool und der Garten sind super. Es gibt viel Platz für bis zu 8 Personen mit separaten Badezimmern in jedem Zimmer. Die Einrichtung ist erstklassig, vor allem die Boxspringbetten laden zum Schlafen ein. Wir haben fast jeden Abend den separaten Grillplatz mit dem großen Gasgrill genutzt. Die Besitzer sind auch super nette Leute. Alles in allem werden wir auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!"

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Villa Unica! Das Haus verfügt über 4 separate Schlafzimmer und bietet insgesamt Platz für 8 Personen. Es ist komplett mit allem ausgestattet, was Sie zum Kochen, Essen, Grillen und für eine tolle Zeit am Pool benötigen. Als wir ankamen, war alles sauber und sehr ordentlich. Die Villa liegt zwischen Pula und Rovinj und alles (Restaurant, Stadt, Supermarkt) ist innerhalb von 15-20 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Es gibt keine direkten Nachbarn, daher ist es nachts sehr ruhig und absolut wunderbar, um die Sterne zu beobachten und ein schönes Abendessen am Kamin am Pool zu genießen. Absolute Empfehlung!
