Very comfortable one bedroom. AC, quiet, far enough away from downtown to avoid the traffic noise but close enough for dining and shopping. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our week. The proximity to CSI & old Twin Falls could not be beat. We felt comfortable walking around the residential area into town & even walked down into Old Twin to hang-out. Since we are from a very small town & this is a city, we did hear some noise, but nothing that was too loud to keep us awake.

Twin Falls

The apartment was very nice and clean. If there was one negative it’s that there is no handrail going up the steps. My sister is very frail, and we both have knee problems. A handrail would have put the icing on the cake. Thank you

Good but some issues

Clean and comfortable. Safe neighborhood, convenient to shopping. Some concerns with safety of facility. Smoke detector in kitchen disabled. Oven door handle broken making it difficult and risky to use. Would consider staying again if these issues are fixed.

Needs TLC

It was fine because we just used it to sleep. Had an odor. Needs a thorough deep clean. Cobwebs, dusty/spotted mirrors, dusted dirty wine glasses in kitchen. Stained couch and carpet, they all need replaced. Couches smelled, didn’t want to sit on them. Fresh coat of paint would cover up dirty wall and spackle spots. Washing machine is set on cold…. Wandering if items are washed in HOT water sheets/towels to kill germs. Didn’t cook but food in burner. Would appreciate a note of how to run things …. Did not realize separate controller for AC in bedroom first night and was hot and stuffy. We took trash out but didn’t know what else was expected of us… strip bed, etc when done. Dirty dishes in dishwasher and kitchen sink full of grime. Just felt dirty being there. Could be a real cozy, cute gem.

Idaho Bungalow

It felt like home, corny I know. We go to Twin a lot for doctors, shopping and more. I am tiered of hotels. This nice house is the perfect size. The bed was comfortable, I'm very picky. The bathroom is good sized. The only 2 things I would change/add I would have found it sooner and a hot tub. It will be the first place I look at from now on.

It was nice to have a quiet place with a bedroom and full kitchen that was cheaper than an average hotel room. I was working at the college and it was a close easy drive. I would definitely stay again.

Quaint Place

The place was quaint and exactly as described. I had to message the owner for the code because it was within a few hours of arrival, but the owner responded immediately. The place was well stocked and exactly what we needed for a overnight stay.

The dishwasher leaking, notify the owner. Washer and dryer were really loud. Could use a door on the utility room. Also could really use a hairdryer for the ladies. But other then that great place to stay, oh need instructions on coffee maker and heating element.
