Enjoyed our accommodations here! Nice neighborhood for walks; convenient location, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, nice bathroom and laundry, nicely decorated - plan on using again in future.
Clean and comfortable. Its a basement unit, so expect some foot traffic up above.

The basement apartment was very cute. The closet space was great, loved having a washer/dryer, the wifi was fast, the bed was very comfortable. Would have like to have a fan available. The kitchen was very well appointed but couldn't find a corkscrew for a bottle of wine.
Very nice apartment. The only issue I had was that it's a basement apartment with very small windows and I don't handle that well. It has a very nice setup for being able to work while I was there and the location is good in relation to the rest of the town. Easy to get to. Parking was okay - at least it was off the street. There should be more insulation between the ceiling and the floor above because we could hear every step that was taken and everything that was dropped by the people upstairs.
Basement unit which was a little unnerving at first but mostly because it was at night, but once we got down there, the place was beautiful 😍 it was perfect size for us and had everything we require. It felt like home for the few days we were there!!
Convenient central location with modem furnishing. Some parking challenges with neighbors.

My apologies for any parking issues you had. I wish I could have had the opportunity to resolve this issue during your stay. Thank you for staying with us. Kim
Great Host and property. Everything was in working order and clean. I was especially grateful for the electric tea kettle, though it could use a good descaling. The app on my phone did not allow me to click on the Directions/Parking or Checkout instructions, but the host responded in a timely manner to my questions. We've stayed in the upstairs unit before and never noticed the unit below, but the same can't be said for the lower unit. Our upstairs neighbors had a screaming child in the middle of the night for several hours, but that is no fault of the host. If available, I would choose the upstairs unit over this one.
I guess I did not read well enough to know that is was a downstair appartment. But the stairs were really steep and I almost fell twice.
The place itself was fine. The people above we very noisy and it sounded like they were stomping on my head. After the first night I called my contact person and told her that I was not going to be able to stay there and I wanted a refund. I was there for less than 2 days and got a refund but it wasn't even half of what I paid. Will I do a Vrbo again, most likely not.
We came during a very hot time. I have MS which unfortunately flared up. The nice thing there was very good air conditioning and I could stay in a comfortable place when I had to stay in. I wouldn't recommend it for handicapped people, but for me. I'm in early stages and really didn't know how I would respond. We made the best of it and this was a very nice place to do that again. Not recommended for handicap, but since I was able to navigate up-and-down the stairs in the stage I'm in. It was a great place and the host was wonderful and very responsive. I'm happy to say. It's a great place for someone to come, but just be aware of the stairs and I was okay with stairs up until that day, but only because of the heat and we made the best of it and i'm glad we had a nice place to stay
good air conditioning.
