Nothing compares to staying on the beach - and nothing comes close to the luxury of North Coast Village. The amenities are great and are all in a gated safe environment for you and your family. It is friendly and fun.

The 'Sea Shell-A' is the name of this condo D113. It is a family condo that is rented to those who love the beach as much as the owners and their family. It faces the beach and has a bright and exciting view of the ocean. The early morning surfers, sailboats, and occasional dolphins are always fun to watch. The Sunsets in the early evening are breathtaking!

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
All dirty linens and towels need to be stacked by front door. 4 loads of laundry are included in the cleaning fee, additional charge for extra laundry.
Excess sand will incur an extra charge. Rinse all beach toys, chairs and boogie boards before returning them to closet. If floors are extra sandy, please sweep.
Please remove all your food from refrigerator and pantry.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

As a courtesy, we supply a small amount of items to get you settled in, please replace any item you take or use the last of.

Excellent time right at the beach!

The condo was perfect for our 5 day trip! Steps to the beach with all the amenities of a resort. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Will definitely plan a time to come back!

Good enough

The location was amazing. The beds were comfortable. Unit smelled a bit musty in the main area, but owner said this was because of a rug that they recently cleaned and didn’t dry properly. Shade in the second bedroom was also inoperable. Overall, it was good enough but not as great as other units we’ve stayed in at NCV.

Family time at the beach!

Perfect place for our family! The grounds are beautiful.Pool and hot tub are pristine.The beach is steps away and owner has beach equipment.Walk to great restaurants.Kitchen is stocked so you can cook or BBQ.We brought our bikes to ride the trails and paths.Beautiful views from the balcony!

Well-loved Family Condo

The location WAS phenomenal. The beach was so close and the amenities and grounds were great. The condo has plenty of room for a beach stay. The kitchen and second bedroom bathroom have been updated. Two things in need of replacement are the mattress in the primary bedroom as it is well past its replacement time and the shade in the second bedroom. It was inoperable and not clean.

wonderful family vacation

We recently enjoyed a week at your condo. It is extremely clean and comfortable. The view of the ocean is beautiful and relaxing! We had absolutely no problems. We love North Coast Village. It is extremely well maintained and family friendly. We actually rent several units to accomodate our children and grandchildren. Your unit is one of our very favorites. The location is perfect-- access to the beach, view of the ocean, proximity to the pool, putting green and barbecue are all great! We look forward to future summer vacations!

Great location and perfect for families

We booked this unit for a family trip to Legoland and the beach before our oldest child starts kindergarten. I have to say that this particular unit in the complex was amazing! We had a great view from the balcony and master bedroom. The walk to the beach took only a min or two and there were plenty of boogie boards and beach chairs to accommodate our family of 5. The place was clean and well stocked with kitchen items, pillows, blankets, towels and bathroom items. The WiFi worked great and having Netflix on the 3 tv’s was great! We were a little worried about not having air conditioning because we are from AZ and couldn’t imagine summer with out one but with the windows open bringing the ocean breeze in and the ceiling fans on it was more than comfortable inside. The complex was incredibly family friendly and we felt right at home with other kids for ours to play with. It is well kept and feels very tropical. There is a koi pond with a fish food dispenser that was very enjoyable for the kids. We were within walking distance to the pier as well as shopping/dining options. Jami, the owner was incredible and very quick to respond as well. We will for sure be back for another family vacation in the future.

Beautiful view

What a great place to stay! Each morning we were able to sit on the patio and watch surfers down below! Close to shops and restaurants too! The outdoor grill/eating area was great for my daughter’s team dinners and the pool/hot tub area was used a lot! We hope to be back again next year!

Cozy little beach vibe!

This condo was perfect for our staycation getaway! My kids loved the pool and jacuzzi and the grounds of the complex had a beautiful, resort like feel. The weather was cloudy and rainy but we loved sitting in the condo with the fire place and having a view of the waves from the patio. Walking distance to the harbor and restaurants was a major plus! The owner was wonderfully kind and communicative. Two thumbs up on our end - we will be back!

Great family condo

The property was accurate as described. It is convenient to the beach, pool, and parking garage. The views are nice. I would stay again if bringing my daughter and grandchildren. They all had a great time!

Great Pad for Beach Time and Pool Time

My family really enjoyed our stay. I was able to check the surf conditions from the balcony and my daughter loved her pool time. The open kitchen and living area, dining table with benches along the wall, and simple, but comfy living room furniture were all a plus. We hope to be back soon.

Quick trip to Cali

The stay was nice. The owner communicated very well. I will say I must have missed the no a/c in the details so that was a little shock. Coming from Arizona we depend on ac but the room actually cooled quite nice with all the windows open and fans going. All supplies were there and also it was really awesome that she had boogie boards and chairs available for us to use!

Awesome location

This was our first time to the Oceanside community and we were really happy with our trip! We have a family with small kids (oldest is 9 and youngest is 18 months) and beach access was easy, as well as the restaurants were within walking/stroller distance. The condo was great, very clean and great location within the community and easy access to parking garage. Tip, if you have small children bring some plastic ware for the kids as there were only glassware in the condo. We picked up some disposable bowls etc so that worked out fine. Heated pool and hottub were great alternatives once the ocean got to chilly.

Bright and Cheery

North Coast Village never disappoints. Our stay this time was in a lovely bright and welcoming condo D113. The sound of the ocean was soothing and the chirping birds enjoyable. The condo was clean and bright. A short walk and you're on the beach. Jami was so easy to work with and we definitely appreciated the late check out. Thanks again for allowing us the use of your home. We loved it.

Great views and very clean nice place

My wife and 2 other guests stayed at this very cozy place. The facility is very quiet except for the pounding surf, which a great problem to have. The place was very clean, great views, rich with family photos and memorabilia of San Francisco. If there was anything to note it would be the description of amenities did not match what was actually there and on hand. There were no extra blankets, coffee maker or wifi. One of the bathrooms did not have bath items on hand. There was only a large bar of soap and we have to dig further to find some leftover shampoo and conditioners. I am sure this may have been an oversight and I am very confident the owner will investigate and correct the description to reflect what is actually offered and available. This is no way a negative review jut something that should be looked into.

Beautiful place!

This is a great place to stay. The pictures are accurate, but don't do it justice. We stayed with four adults and two children under 8 and had plenty of room. The renting and check out processes were painless, and the owner provided plenty of information prior to our arrival. We hope to stay here on our next visit to Oceanside.

Beautiful beach resort

We loved this beach resort- the management does a phenomenal job of keeping up the grounds to look like a lush 5-star tropical resort destination. The pool is heated and the large spa is perfect for a large group. The condo itself is dated but spacious and perfect for our family of 4. Were plenty of chairs and body boards to make for easy beach relaxation and fun. The beds were comfortable and the living space perfect for an evening of relaxation after being in the sun. Would highly recommend.

Great vacation unit!

I stayed here with my parents and a couple of siblings for a funeral service. We wanted to stay together but not share a hotel room. This place was perfect, clean and relaxing. We loved the ocean views from the many windows and balcony. My sister also stayed in the complex but in a different unit. Your condo was so much nicer than the one she stayed in! We have already talked about planning a family reunion here and will be renting from you again. Even though we were traveling under sad circumstances we enjoyed our time at your vacation home!

Loved it! We'll be back next year!

Unfortunately we only booked two nights, that was a bummer, the kids didn't want to leave so soon! The location of this particular condo is super close to the beach (3rd floor), it's directly behind the beachfront condos, the view from the balcony overlooks those beachfront condo's and we enjoyed that very much. The garage parking is secure. There is lots to do at the complex alone, Billiards, swimming (two pools), hot tube, ping pong, mini golf course and beautiful grounds to take a stroll around. The harbor is a very short distance away, there, we rented a boat for $90 an hour and got to see some sea lions and enjoy the beautiful weather. There are tons of eateries and stores within walking distance, great nightlife. As for the condo, the decor and furniture are dated but nice and clean. The kitchen is fully stocked, lots of towels and blankets, beach toys and chairs available in the closet. There are three flat screen tv's and ceiling fans (the complex doesn't have air conditioning). The condo is located very close to the main pool and mini golf course, that was a major plus because my kids spent a lot of time in the pool. The rate for the room is very good considering the location and quality of the condo, it's much nicer and feasible then renting a hotel, especially for my family of six w/kids ages 6, 13 & 16. I would definitely stay at this condo again and recommend to others. There are many condos in this complex available for rent, but what sets this one aside is definitely it's location, the "D" building in which this condo is located is golden.
