2nd unit in from the ocean in D building-Newly Remodeled-Shows Like a Model Home

We own a beautiful ocean view condo at North Coast Village, unit D-109. First off, we want you to know that we use this unit ourselves.It is not your typical rental. It is very clean, up to date and has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay.
This luxurious unit is located in the "D" building which is closest to the ocean and is the 2nd condo in from the end with west facing ocean views as well as pool views off to the right. This comfortable and family friendly vacation condo sleeps 4 comfortably with a king in the master, and a queen sofa sleeper in the family room as well as a queen size self-inflating mattress. Luxury abounds in this gorgeous one bedroom unit with ocean and harbor views. It is located at Oceanside's resort-like North Coast Village.



Our condo provides are gorgeously remodeled and decorated with ocean views. You can hear the waves crash on the sand. The kitchen features upgraded slab granite counters, new cabinets, utensils , pots and pans as well as everything needed for everyday living. We have also added a door from the bedroom to the bathroom sink area for more privacy. Gorgeous tile floors in the kitchen , dining room , hallway, and bathroom with a carpeted living room and bedroom. It features a fireplace with a mantel and mirrored walls to make space look bigger.The sound of the waves will lull you to sleep every night! As the owner I have paid attention to every detail: from the colors of the sea and sand in the granite counters, to the high thread count of the linens - no creature comfort has been spared for your vacation, seasonal, or extended corporate stay.

Our vacation home has 3 ceiling fans and a nice ocean breeze to keep you comfortable. In winter there is a gas fireplace and wall heaters as well as cozy throws. There are 2 flat screen TV's w/ surround sound basic cable and a dvd player. Free wi-fi but no telephone so make sure to bring your cell phone. Kids toys, booogie boards and beach chairs are there for your enjoyment.

We purchased this unit as our vacation home for our family to enjoy and rent it out when we are not using it. I am very organized and a clean freak, and I can assure you it is the cleanest unit you will find in North Coast Village. We would ask that all items be thoroughly cleaned before you bring them back into the unit. An additional charge for cleaning will be added if the items are not in the same condition as you got them. If you are not willing to keep our vacation home nice this is not the rental for you. When booking through VRBO they do not hold a security deposit. The owner will request $450 a week before arrival to be placed on a credit card. Then the day you depart it will be refunded.
