Welcome to our beautiful ocean view condo at North Coast Village, Unit D-109, in Oceanside, California!

First and foremost, we want you to know that this is our personal vacation home, not a typical rental property. Our family uses and enjoys this condo ourselves, and we take great pride in keeping it exceptionally clean, comfortable, updated, and well-maintained. When you stay here, we want you to feel like you are staying in a beautiful home away from home.

Unbeatable Location & Ocean Views

Our condo is located in the D Building, the building closest to the ocean, and is the second condo in from the end. From the condo, you can enjoy beautiful west-facing ocean views, with views of the pool just off to the right.
At night, you can relax and listen to the sound of the waves crashing onto the beach. There is something incredibly peaceful about falling asleep to the sound of the ocean and waking up to the coastal breeze.

North Coast Village is a beautiful, resort-like community located right on the beach in Oceanside, making it the perfect destination for a relaxing family vacation, romantic getaway, seasonal stay, or extended visit.

Our condo has been beautifully decorated with the colors and feel of the ocean in mind. We have paid attention to the little details that make a vacation stay special.
The kitchen features upgraded slab granite countertops, white cabinetry, and everything you need for everyday living, including dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen essentials.

We also added a convenient door from the bedroom into the bathroom sink area, providing additional privacy and functionality.

The condo features gorgeous tile flooring throughout the kitchen, dining area, hallway, and bathroom, with comfortable carpeting in the living room and bedroom. The living room includes a cozy fireplace and mirrored walls that help make the space feel even larger and brighter.

From the décor inspired by the colors of the sea and sand to the comfortable furnishings and high-thread-count linens, we have tried to make sure that no creature comfort has been overlooked.

Enjoy the Coastal Breeze

Our condo has three ceiling fans, and the wonderful ocean breeze helps keep the condo comfortable throughout the year. During the cooler months, you can cozy up by the electric fireplace, use the wall heaters, and enjoy our soft throws while listening to the waves outside.

Whether you're spending the day at the beach, exploring Oceanside Harbor, relaxing by the pool, or simply enjoying the view from our condo, we hope you will love North Coast Village as much as our family does.

A Note About the Coastal Climate

Please note that our condo does not have air conditioning. Like most condos at North Coast Village, D-109 relies on the cool coastal breeze. We have three ceiling fans, and opening the windows and doors allows the ocean air to flow through the condo. Summer can occasionally bring warmer days along with some coastal humidity.

Because we are right by the ocean, there may occasionally be a slight coastal/damp odor, especially during humid weather. You may also notice a few more ants or mosquitoes during the warmer months. We have the condo professionally treated before summer to help minimize these issues.

We simply want our guests to know what to expect and enjoy the beautiful coastal environment that makes North Coast Village so special!

Our Home — Your Vacation

We purchased D-109 as a vacation home for our family to enjoy, and we rent it when we aren't using it ourselves. Because this is our personal vacation home, we take great pride in maintaining it and keeping it exceptionally clean and welcoming for our guests. Is everything always perfect? No—but we always strive to make it the very best it can be and hope you love our home as much as we do!

We kindly ask that you treat our home with the same care and respect you would your own. Beach items, boogie boards, chairs, and other outdoor equipment should be cleaned of sand and thoroughly rinsed before being brought back into the condo. If additional cleaning is required because items or the condo are not left in the condition in which they were found, an additional cleaning charge may apply.

Security Deposit
When booking through VRBO/HomeAway, a security deposit is not always held directly through the platform. However, if problems arise the owner can file a claim.
