Part of a two-family house in a quiet position and with furnished garden, 5 km from the historic center of Pistoia (200 m a.s.l.). Pistoia, Tuscan city of flowers, is medieval foundation, is located at the foot of the Apennines and is only 15 minutes by car from Florence. The latter is the most important Renaissance city in Italy and is of unique and impressive beauty! Lucca and Pisa are also within easy reach. Do not miss the opportunity to taste the many and excellent dishes of Tuscan tradition, together with a good glass of wine (Chianti, Chianti Classico ect.). Among the excursion possibilities, we suggest you the Versilia coast, with its lively seaside resorts, long beaches with bathing establishments and amusement possibilities. Near the house there is an outdoor swimming pool and a riding stable (reduced prices).

Une ville à la campagne

Accueil chaleureux, attentif et, en même temps, discret de la propriétaire, Christina. Gîte idéalement situé assez loin (4 km) de la ville pour ne pas subir les nuisances sonores mais assez près pour profiter des nombreux commerces et services de la magnifique ville de Pistoia. Le gîte, confortable et suffisant pour une famille de 4 personnes, jouit d'un environnement naturel privilégié. En outre, Pistoia est proche (ou relativement proche) des sites incontournables qui font la réputation de la Toscane : Florence, Pise, Lucca, Sienne, San Geminiano, Volterra, les plages, la montagne,... Merci à Christina de nous avoir fait profiter de son accès à la plage (privée) à la Marine de Pietrasenta. Nous garons en mémoire cette excellente adresse.
