Country house inside a residence with swimming pool. Private garden with table, chairs, deckchairs and umbrella. There are 2 bedrooms. One double and another with 2 single beds. The house can accommodate up to 5 people, as it is also possible to use the sofa bed in the living room. Nicely furnished. There is a bathroom with shower. The house has a private parking. The swimming pool is generally open from 15 May to 15 October. Montecarlo is close to the main historical and cultural centers of Tuscany: Lucca, Florence, Pisa, Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra, Arezzo.

La casa è molto bella e tenuta con cura e attenzione. Situata in un posto tranquillo e comodo per visitare i dintorni. Purtroppo non ho potuto apprezzare la piscina data la stagione in cui ho soggiornato (fine ottobre), ma mi rimane la voglia di tornarci! Alessandro è stato un host estremamente gentile e disponibile, veloce nelle risposte e molto paziente:ci sono stati problemi tecnici con il pagamento dovuti da Vrbo e lui è stato sempre cortese nell'aiutarmi a cercare una soluzione.Assolutamente consigliato

Rien à dire sur la maison, confortable et propre, Alessandro est agréable mais ne parlant ni l'italien ni l'anglais la communication a été très courte. A part 10 minutes à l'arrivée, nous ne l'avons pas revu au départ.La photo publiée sur le site est sympa mais à changer. Nous pensions être accueillis par cette bonne bouteille à l'arrivée mais non, et la photo la montre au bord de la piscine alors que le règlement intérieur stipule que l'on ne doit pas emmener ni nourriture, ni boisson, ni verre à la piscine. Cela dit nous avons apprécié notre séjour en Toscane mais une petite déception tout de même.

Points forts: Très bonne communication avec Alessandro, bel accueil et l’endroit est très bien situé et facile de s’y rendre. La vue de la piscine est vraiment jolie pour les couchés de soleil. Il y avait l’équipement nécessaire pour cuisiner. Épicerie proche et complète. Il y avait assez de chambres et de lits pour toute ma famille.Points négatifs: Il faisait extrêmement chaud à l’intérieur, aucun A/C, le pommeau de douche était brisé, la piscine manquait d’entretien (contour vert d’algues). Et on ignorait que c’était une maison de ville entourée de voisins dont certains étaient bruyants. Comme nous nous promenions dans la région pendant notre séjour, cela ne nous a pas trop dérangé, mais tout de même important de le mentionner.Attention: La photo principale montrant une bouteille de vin et une coupe en vitre à la piscine peut porter à confusion: aucune vitre n’est acceptée autour de la piscine. Lisez bien les instructions!

Die Anlage war super. Die Aufteilung des Hauses und der Pool waren ideal. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist allerdings verbesserungswürdig. Verkalkte Dusche, Brause wie Kabine, verkalkter Wasserkocher und verzogene Fensterläden. Wenig Verstaumöglichkeiten für Kleidung.

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen Anfang Mai dort. Wenn das Wetter gut ist und man die Zeit draußen verbringen kann, ist es ein nettes kleines Häuschen. Innen hat es leider bis zuletzt leider recht unangenehm gerochen, was selbst mit Raumspray und Duftkerze nie komplett überdeckt werden konnte. Die Betten sind extrem unbequem und auch das Badezimmer könnte eine Tiefenreinigung vertragen.
