This newly remodeled unit is located in South Kihei, which is on the southwest side of Maui, an easy drive to nearly all of Maui’s landmarks and outdoor activities. Kamaole II Beach is right across the street from the Resort and offers excellent swimming, snorkeling, white sand and gorgeous sunset views. Dining, shopping and golfing are just minutes away.

This is one of the few units at the Maui Banyan with Air-Conditioning in the living room and in the bedroom. The unit is located in the Maui Banyan G Building on the 4th floor and close to nightlife, shopping, dinning, public transport, golfing and Wailea. You will love this 1BR/1BA single level floor plan. While you dine on your balcony, enjoy the partial ocean and mountain view. This exquisite condo is awaiting for your vacation! Enjoy surfing, swimming, boogie boarding, paddle boarding, snorkeling, golfing, and the beauty of Maui.

Beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels and a cooler are provided for our guests use.

There’s a pretty good view of the ocean from the balcony at this property. Balcony easily seats four people. Walking distance to everything downtown Kihei. Mahalo

Holiday in Kihei

Beautiful, newly renovated condo with great access to the beach, restaurants and shops. Very clean and modern with all the essentials and a partial ocean view. My only complaint is that the condo overlooks the entrance to the parkade, and it’s just above the office so it’s always noisy, especially when the garbage truck comes early each morning. Landowner was easy to contact and responsive. Overall we had a great time!

Great location

This was a great property for our Kihei stay. We didn’t even rent a car. Took a taxi from the airport and then walked and took the bus for our whole stay here. Condo is well equipped . The two TVs allow sign in for Netflix, HBO, Prime etc. WiFi was good. Kitchen is roomy and modern. Highly recommend Coconuts for the best fish tacos, and Three’s Grill for sushi and beer can chicken.

We would stay at this property again in the future. It was nicely updated and in a great location. The kitchen could've been better stocked; measuring cups & full set of measuring spoons etc. It was just bare bones. Bed not super comfortable. Nice bright unit.

Great Sea-side Condo

This was a gorgeous property in a condo community right on the beach. It was perfectly cleaned and I felt very comfortable. It was a bit expensive, but everything in Maui is expensive. I would certainly consider staying here again if I come back.
