This place is perfect! It has a full kitchen, spacious living room, and the check-in process was easy. Quick walk to downtown makes this the place I want to stay at every time I come to Boise! Very clean and felt like home!

Thanks so much Bryan! We are happy to be your host and look forward to hosting you next time.
Came to Boise to visit our son and chose this rental as it was near his home. Very comfortable accommodation and within walking distance of coop, restaurants and parks. Very quiet location. Spent our days exploring so wasn’t a concern that there is no great view to this location. Would definitely stay hear again!

Thanks so much Stephanie! We are happy to be your host and look forward to hosting you next time.
Stayed a week here for a work trip, and this condo was the perfect spot to decompress from the long work days. Has a desk area which was helpful. Loved being across from the Co-op and a few restaurants, and just a few minutes driving to downtown. Furniture was all very comfortable, nice kitchen space to cook. I make a lot of tea and appreciated the water kettle! Thanks for providing a great stay!

Thank you for your feedback Branden! Unfortunately when the home was remodeled they did not make the laundry area large enough to accommodate any available laundry machines. We are working to source some machines from overseas manufacturers that might fit in that space. Also appreciate the feedback on the pull out bed we will investigate further and pursue replacement. I don't show you reached out about needing sheets, but we would be happy to get any needed supplies to you asap (our team works seven days a week so there is never a time we can't get you any needed supplies). We did inspect the wifi and after resetting the machine everything appears to be working perfectly. We will keep an eye on it and make sure it continues to work. We are also doing an inventory check on the kitchen tools to make sure everything is still there. Thanks!
It fit our needs and expectations. We didn’t find any Kleenex, which may seem minor but I use it quite a bit. Also, if someone is staying three days there should be clean wash cloths for three showers. So 9 in our case. There were plenty of towels. We did not cook, but the kitchen was certainly well stocked. We used one coffee cup, and it was washed and returned to the cupboard. There was no noise and the unit is located in a very nice neighborhood. We didn’t need to go far to eat out. Street parking was not a problem. Unfortunately, we had to leave a day early.Thanks.
Overall, the apartment itself is exactly what we needed for a short stay in Boise. It's clean, comfortable and well stocked. We've stayed in a Habitue Homes property before and they do a nice job of managing their rentals.
The location is where the review gets a little mixed for us, which is more on us getting to know Boise than anything. The positive is that it is really convenient to get to downtown or the quaint Hyde Park commercial district from here. The downside is that it's on the very edge of the North End area so the complex itself doesn't really have that charm we had hoped for. It's an older building sandwiched against a couple other older apartment buildings near fairly busy roads. The view from the patio is into an alley so you are just looking at the backside of houses and their garbage cans.
It also reminded me of why I don't like apartment living. You hear too much of other people's business and somebody decided late Friday night would be a good time to professionally video a muscle car peeling out in the parking lot.
I still think this is a good place to rent as long as you know what it's about going in. If you really just need an affordable home base to explore Boise, it might be a good option.

Thank you very much for the feedback. This is a cute apartment in an apartment building with amazing access to downtown and right across from the inimitable Boise Co-Op. This remodeled apartment is further inside the small complex nestled within the second building away from the neighborhood streets, so it is very quiet. We have stayed there several times ourselves and found it be a very peaceful space. We've never had an experience like you describe with the muscle car so I can assure you that was a one time thing and of course something we had nothing to do with. Thanks!
