Cute and cozy 2 bedroom 1 bath side of a duplex with very large backyard and mature trees. Common area backyard with fire pit and horse shoe pit- plenty of room to roam and spread out! **Please note that this is a VALUE property. While we strive to provide a clean, comfortable place to enjoy your stay, we are not a luxury property.** House is located close to all the very best Boise has to offer! 10 min to downtown, close to foothills and Boise River/Greenbelt. Walking distance to a local coffee roaster, Caffeina. Neighborhood has a great family park only 0.7 miles away.
Bedrooms with blackout curtains make resting a breeze! Well appointed kitchen makes eating in easy and enjoyable.

This property was in a perfect location for hiking around Boise. It is also in a very nice neighborhood. Some great features were the driveway to park in and the washer and dryer. It was very nice to have a full kitchen including a dishwasher, and we used the kitchen extensively. One thing to know that I missed before booking is that the unit has wall style a/c in the dining room and one of the bedrooms. This was not a problem at all for us and the unit stayed cool.

The duplex was a perfect spot to stay while visiting Boise. Location was great, not far from downtown, and a quick drive to the greenbelt. The unit was clean and well stocked. Beds and furniture were comfortable. I would book again.

Concur with vrbo advertisement that this home is among best price for 2BR/2BA home. It was clean and nicely warmed when we arrived. All basic amenities were available.I would call this home solid and rustic. I would call, Katie (vrbo manager), cheerful. The home almost has a camp-like feel with veneered wood counters and simple dining room chairs.We enjoyed our stay and would return if hadn’t just bought a home in Boise.
