The house is absolutely gorgeous. I don’t wanna leave.The bedrooms were roomy spacious the living room kitchen area is beautiful cleanThe grandkids really enjoyed the pool room and the pool of course excellent check-in processAnd the host was extremely nice answered any questions before enduring very promptly About five minutes to the big WalmartAnywhere from 10 to 15 minutes from the Disney parks, depending on which one you go toIt was nice to and each day going to a homeWhere we could cook eat be comfortableAnd have our private room at the end of the eveningThat is a big bonus for meWhen on vacation, especially going to Disney or Universal this grandmother wants her own bedroom, not a room with two beds and a pull down Murphy like the Disney properties offerAt double or triple cost of renting this whole houseI definitely will look forward to my next stay at this property I am my family thank you so much for such a comfortable home away from homeThank you, Sharon

The house was everything we expected. The location was perfect, the layout and roominess were great. Appliances were like brand new and all worked properly. The pool was warm and very clean. My only suggestion to allow the hot tub to heat up to a higher temperature.

Overall, very nice house with good location for Disney. Would provide be great in summer, but we were there in December and paid extra for heated pool and hot tub, but it was nowhere near warm, especially the hot tub which was barely warm. Hard to pay extra and not get what was expected, but other than that had a great time.

Great home with a pool in a great community!

Home was very clean, and the description was accurate for the home. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Krystal and Will were great hosts and very responsive to any needs. Would recommend this property and hosts to anyone who is looking in this area.

My Magical Homes- Mickey Themed

We initially booked for this property, but ended up staying at another property by the same owner. (VRBO 7658260) Our stay was fantastic. The house was great! Everyone enjoyed the pool and game room. We were less than 30 minutes away from Disney and some of the other parks. Jane was great and responded quickly to all messages. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful and comfortable home

We had an amazing stay. Listing was exactly what was seen in person. Home was very comfortable and a lot of fun with all the games provided in game room and with the pool/hot tub. Very close to restaurants and shops and not too far from all the parks. It was perfect for my family! Only issue was we didn’t stay long enough!

Okay Getaway

This was a cute place. My grandboys enjoyed the pool and game room. The furniture was was not stable and the main bathroom had a moldy odor. The master bathroom had rust stains on door going out to the pool. The neighborhood is nice, it was quiet until our last two nights. We had noisy neighbors. It is still an okay home away from home. My family had a great time.

Nice villa, great location, poor communication

The villa is nice, could do with a few minor upgrades though. The rusty bathroom door that doesn't open out to the pool, the wonky post on the 4 poster bed, the pool table needs re-covering. The tv wooden unit looks really old and tatty. Small things but would make a big difference if upgraded. Comms from the host are poor - the welcome information is all wrong, from the wifi password to the contact details of the managing agent. No instructions on how to use the aircon. She did arrange for the managing agent to come over on our first day and he was able to show me what I needed. And thank goodness because I also took down his contact details - this proved useful a few days later when the pool was not heating up very warm and I wanted to see if the temperature could be increased. Jane never replied to the 2 emails I sent about this, but Lee (magic villas 4u if you need to google his contact info) did and came round. Although he said the heating was set and couldn't be changed, we noticed after he left the pool was considerably warmer so he must have done something. Unfortunately we only had 3 days left to use it at this better temperature. Having paid nearly $400 for pool heating it was frustrating that it was only lukewarm for most of the stay and the owner ignored our emails about it. On a more positive note, the villa is nicely styled with lots of Winnie the Pooh and Mickey stuff, and the location is great. The games room is also good to use.

BEWARE !!!!

Book this rental, my credit card was charged, confirmation was sent to me. Owner decided to cancel my reservations and I did not receive any notification from owner Jane or Vrbo. I found out one week before arrival date when I sent a message asking for detail such as rental address and lock code. After a 2 1/2 hours on the phone with Vrbo trying to find my reservation they told me that it had been cancelled by the owner and refunded to my credit card. They stated the owner should have notified me. I then contacted the owner and she stated that she cancelled my reservation because she thought that she could rent the home for 10 days instead of the 3 days I booked and Vrbo should have notified me. I told her I noticed that she rented the home for the same amount of days I originally booked for. She had no answers and stated that she didn't like my attitude and if I had a better attitude she might have seen willing to help me .I was very upset and told her so, she said that she was going to call the person that was renting it and cancel their reservation and give the house back to me. I said absolutely not, I will not put another family through what I am going through for vacation. In the end I found another rental in the same gated community but it cost me and extra 300 for the 3 days. So sad, I have rented homes for over 15 years and have never been treated so poorly by an owner. Beware, she also advertises on several websites and the same house has several different prices.

I can NOT believe VRBO does not send a response when a reservation is cancelled!!! I cancelled because I really do not like to do 3 night stays in busy times. So, now I will not allow any stays of less than 7 nights. Plus, I do have to charge a cleaning fee of $100 for stays of less than 7 nights, so it looks good price wise to people when they see the price of a short stay, but it is not accurate. I did try to help her and sent her a similar home in the same community. Which I did think she booked. I also advertise on different sites, but some are commission based and the rates are higher because of that.

Lovely spacious villa in an immaculately well maintained gated community, minimal travel time to Disney Parks and local ammenities. Communication with hosts was excellent both prior to travel and whilst on site. I would highly recommend.
