Luxurious vacation home directly on the Ems-Jade Canal Sauna, hot tub, whirlpool, fireplace

We rent a luxury holiday home with about 100 m² living space, which includes one large and one smaller bedroom with twin beds upstairs. One bedroom is equipped with a television. There is a large, stocked bookshelf. Directly from the bedrooms one can access the large garden with a fish pond and watch the channel. A large natural refuge is in sight, there abide herons, cormorants and many rare ducks and geese, which can be observed. The bedrooms are provided with sun protection systems and mosquito protection on the windows to ensure peaceful nights.

The ground floor features a large, luxurious, new bathroom with whirlpool, high-quality and large-scale, walk-in shower, built-in furniture. The new kitchen includes high-end devices, such as a large-capacity Miele gas cooktop. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, oven, toaster, microwave oven, Wok, pots, pans, kettle etc. All appliances are new or like new. The ground floor consists of a large living, dining area, which integrates the kitchen. There is a large dining table with six seats. To linger there is a beautiful fireplace and a leather sofa in the living area there is a TV. Directly from the dining area is accessed by large doors on one or both terraces in the garden.

In the large, beautifully landscaped, natural garden there is a barbecue and garden furniture to relax. A large, well-kept, situated right on the terrace fish pond invites you to relax. From the garden there is marking the 80-kilometer bike path at the Ems-Jade Canal. The Ems-Jade Canal is front of the house, from the bedroom you can see passing by with a little luck beautiful ships. Two kilometers away there is a paddle and pedal station, there can be borrowed bikes, kayaks, Canadians, etc., with which you can explore surrounding area and channel.

To the North Sea is about one line kilometers. The South Beach as a tourist attraction with a maritime flair can be reached by bike in a few minutes. Wilhelmshaven offers many tourist highlights, but also invites you to relax by the water.

In our holiday home everything is in place for the guest, bed linen and towels are provided by us uniquely. Should be a need, there is a washing machine, detergent is also included in the price. The final cleaning is carried out by us and is also included in the price. We ask our guests to leave the house as you found it.
