The NEDAL VACATION HOME is situated on a fully fenced and secluded, approx. 600 m² garden plot with its own swimming pond (4 m x 7 m and 1.30 m–1.80 m deep, accessed via a dock/ladder) available for guests’ free use. Lush landscaping, including several fruit trees (guests are welcome to pick the fruit). The house has 2 terraces, one of which is covered, each furnished, as well as various small outdoor seating areas in the garden.
The house offers 110 m² of living space spread over 2 floors; the ground floor is completely wheelchair-accessible.
Ground floor: Entrance into the hallway, open access to the living room with seating area, satellite TV, stereo system, and internet access (Wi-Fi, free). Spacious kitchen with built-in stove (4 induction burners, oven), microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, Dolce Gusto capsule machine, SodaStream, toaster, electric kettle, dining area, and access to the terrace. “Library” with a selection of books and games, as well as a small seating area. Double bedroom with an additional satellite TV. Large shower/toilet with washing machine, dryer, and floor heating. Storage room. Stairs from the living room lead to the upper floor: bedroom with a French bed (1.40 m x 2 m), small sitting area, desk/workstation. Shower/toilet.

The NEDAL VACATION HOME is located in the tranquil, rural village of Neugarmssiel between the well-known North Sea resorts of Carolinensiel-Harlesiel (6 and 8 km, respectively) and Horumersiel (13 km), each with their own beaches and excellent tourist infrastructure. Hohenkirchen (5 km) offers a wide variety of shopping options, the popular “Nordsee Spielstadt Wangerland,” and the “Wangermeer” (freshwater lake with a swimming beach). Jever, with a train station, is 13 km away, and an 18-hole golf course is 20 km away. An excellent network of biking and hiking trails runs along the fields, meadows, and dikes of the Wangerland region.

The traditional—yet equally modern and vibrant—North Sea resort of CAROLINENSIEL-HARLESIEL is one of East Frisia’s best-known and most popular holiday destinations. The centrepiece is the Sielhafen, with its still-intact historic harbour buildings; various squares and museums vividly document the former seafaring life on the North Sea. A modern sailing and yacht harbour (boat charters), a fishing boat harbour (fishing and angling trips), as well as a ferry terminal to the island of Wangerooge and sightseeing cruises. A wide variety of restaurants, cafés, and quaint pubs surround the Sielhafen and line the 2-kilometer-long beach promenade between Carolinensiel and Harlesiel.
