Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check out instructions: Check-out is 10am Please place all dirty towels in the tub, put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start it.
Take out all trash (the trash chute is located near the elevators) Please turn off all lights, close the curtains and lock the patio doors. Empty the refrigerator and dispose of all food.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Amazing Views Right by the Beach!

We had an amazing family vacation here in the sweetest condo! Check in was a breeze, the property was super clean, and the beach was just steps away! The kitchen had everything we needed. The games in the entertainment center were an added bonus! Our son loved the boogie board and the beach chairs provided were a nice touch. Very nice area with easy access to everything. We will definitely be staying here again!

Awesome!!

No other way to describe it! The location and crowd size and all were excellent!!! The price was very affordable because most two bedrooms condos are too pricey and it’s making it much tougher on some to get a chance to come enjoy the area nowadays. We love it and will definitely be back!!

The condo was just as the pictures and the description provided. The condo was clean and any questions we had were answered immediately by the owner. I would come back and stay here again. The view is spectacular and the location was perfect.

Great property, easy walk to the beach. Nice view of beach and gulf from patio. Condo remodel very well done. Kitchen had everything we needed. Washer/dryer in the unit a big plus. Living room furniture comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

Great choice

Condo was very clean, well stocked with all we needed, and beautifully decorated. Access to indoor/outdoor pool and beach was easy and view was great as well. If I had to pick something that was a negative it would be that the area was quiet and not a lot to do for teens but Destin is only 15 minutes away (problem solved). We will definitely stay here again. It is exactly what we prefer over the more crowded areas!! Highly recommend!!!
