Sea Dunes unit 402 is the perfect place to savor the sunrise, to enjoy a breeze in the afternoon sun, or to relax with a glass of wine and listen to the waves at night. The gulf-front, heated pool and secluded beach front is shared by only 24 units. Okaloosa Island is a popular family destination, offering easy access to all the attractions, restaurants, and entertainment of the Emerald Coast!

Built in 2005, Sea Dunes, is a smaller complex of only 24 condos on Okaloosa Island. Vacation rentals feature upscale furnishings such as granite countertops, eat in bars and tile in all the wet areas. With only 24 units, the complex's 140 feet of beachfront feels very private. It boasts a pool with Mediterranean style hot tub and a picnic area with grills. Rooms open to balconies or patios. This Fort Walton Beach condo provides complimentary wireless Internet access.

The sleeping arrangements in this unit are as follows: master bedroom - 1 king bed, 2nd bedroom - 1 queen bed, 3rd bedroom – set of twin bunk beds. Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit sleeps 8.

Our stay could not have been better. The location is amazing. We could sit on the balcony and watch the ocean the whole time we are there and be content. We throughly enjoyed our stay at this property and we strongly recommend.

This was our first time visited in the area and we were very happy with the view, location (only few steps away to the beach), and cleanness of the property and all elements (fried pan and cutting board - they were all new). The white sand beach was very clean and soft. Plus the water wave was gentle and shallow so it was perfect for families with kids. Strongly recommend and we would definitely consider staying here if we revisit next year.

Great condo in a small building

The condo was very clean and had amazing views. I really liked that the building was smaller, as the beach and common areas were not crowded. The pool is small, but well kept. The furnishings in the condo were nice and also well maintained. I will be sure to rent this place again!

The condo was beautiful, very clean and had an amazing view. Parking was easy and convenient as well as the walk to the beach. We had our little ones with us as well as my 75 year old parents and we all enjoyed everything about it. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful beachfront condo!

The Okaloosa beach is exceptional! There is no road between the condo and the beach like many other areas. You can just step from the condo to the beach walk. The powdery white sand, clear, warm water and spectacular sunsets made this my favorite beach vacation yet! There was also excellent communication from Brooks and Shorey which made for a very smooth trip!

Great location!!

The property was spotless and decorated so nicely! We enjoyed sitting out on the huge balcony and listening to the waves coming in. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of tableware and items to cook with. View was spectacular! My grandchildren loved the pool and hot tub and the beach was wonderful. I especially loved that this complex was smaller and not crowded! I highly recommend this unit! You will not be disappointed!

Great Location

This location is right one the beach with a beautiful view. We had umbrella and chair service daily. The beach is privately owned so it was not crowded. The pictures look exactly like the place. It was very clean and there are some appliances like a toaster and kuerig as well as dishware. The washer and dryer made life easy as we were on the beach daily. The locals were really nice. Very close to a variety of restaurants. They currently have an app that allows you to check-in and out. Great place to relax! Will definitely book this place again.

The home was right on the water, quiet pool and hot tub, pure white sandy beach. Close to downtown restaurants and easy access to kiteboarding location for my husband. Home was beautifully cleaned and everything we wanted. The only thing I wished they had was either dishwasher soap or regular dishwashing soap but we did the dishes as soon as I remembered to get that at the store. They provided one laundry soap pack with was helpful. We would definitely recommend and would love to go back again. Check in process was easy and great communication!

Family Beach Trip!

Our family of 6 adults to Sea Dunes was fantastic! The pictures of the condo were spot on. We were very comfortable for 4 nights. The beds were very comfortable with nice linens. Everything, especially the AC, was in good working order. We really appreciated the chairs on the spacious balcony where we spent a lot of time. The location was nice and quiet however there are no restaurants within walking distance. The sand toys in the closet were a nice surprise to find! The beach was wonderful and the beach chair service was great. We would definitely stay here again and will recommend to friends and family.

Nothing to write home about

5 star beach location, 3 star accommodation. Nothing wrong with the place, just nothing overly exceeds expectations. Bunk bed room is small, pictures on the wall look like someone went to hobby lobby 4 years ago and got a buy 2 get 2 free deal. Hollow doors and dated decor throughout property. That said, We went for the beach access and the place is right on the beach which is great. We will look for something more updated on our next beach stay.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The couch and beds were so uncomfortable we couldn't have stayed there one more day. They are so hard we woke up sore. Also the cookware needs to be replaced. We could not even fry bacon without it sticking to the skillet so eggs were not an option. The view and location are great but that is it. We will not be rebooking in the future.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We always stay at Okaloosa Island every year. We have always stayed with Brooks and Shorey as well. This was the first time we stayed in a condo with such few rooms in the complex and loved it. Easy parking. It was super close to a Tom Thumb so it was a quick walk if we needed something real quick. The furniture was updated and the decor was very simple in a good way. Compared to some condos that you stay in where it looks like an AJs just threw up in it. Had a huge view of the ocean from just about any point in the condo. Had plenty of hangers and cookware already stocked. We had balcony access from two points and they were swinging door entrances rather than sliding which I liked but my wife prefers the sliding. Furniture was up to date and it was clean. Had a cool little pantry which was gray for our groceries. Also full size washer and dryer was a plus. Beach service was excellent and monitored people taking extra chairs so there was plenty of space for everyone. The beds were the worst I have ever slept on. I think the main issue was the master bedroom had two twin box springs rather than one king. The mattress was king. This created a slant in the bed which made you crater to the middle. We even tried sleeping in the other room which didn’t have the slant problem but the bed was not comfortable either. Had to get a massage while I was there and when I got back home. The pool also was being remodeled for over half our stay and there was no price adjustment for losing an amenity. Solely for the beds I would not recommend this property nor stay here again. I will still book with Brooks and Shorey but never this unit again.
