The apartment comprises a living room with a non-convertible sofa, TV and French windows opening onto an east-facing balcony.
A small kitchenette equipped with a 4-burner ceramic hob, a washing machine, a cupboard with microwave, and a small refrigerator.
A shower room with shower, washbasin, small storage cupboards and WC.
One bedroom with 2 140cm bunk beds, a wardrobe and an east-facing window.
One wardrobe will be closed as it is reserved for the owner.
Close to seasonal market, restaurants, skate park, forest and beach.
