Tolle Lage und sehr geräumig
Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage, sehr zentral und eine tolle Aufteilung. Für 6 Personen etwas wenig Gläser/Geschirr vorhanden und die Sauberkeit kann um einiges verbessert werden. Was uns sehr gefallen hat, dass eine Auswahl an Gesellschaftsspielen und auch für Kinder etwas da war zum spielen.

Zu hell
Die Lage ist sehr gut, der Weg zum Strand und Ahoi sind schnell erreichbar. Im Kinderzimmer ist es leider sehr eng und viel zu hell. Ein Verdunkelungsrollos oder Vorhang sollte angebracht werden. Der Frühstücksbreich ist mit den Großen Stühlen schon für 4 Personen schon zu eng, wir waren 6. Das andere Manko war das Geschirr, sehr viel ist angeschlagen und müsste mal ausgetauscht werden. Schlafzimmer war sehr geräumig. Der Dachbereich hat ein großes Zimmer (sollten vielleicht mal außen Jalousien dran)und kleines Bad das war sehr schön. Ich hoffe daran wird gearbeitet, wir würden nämlich gerne wieder kommen. Danke

Guten Lage
Ich habe insgesamt 3 Sterne vergeben, weil es nur kurze Wege zum Wasser und einkaufen waren. Leider waren die Matratzen in den Doppelbetten durchgelegen, im einen mehr im anderen weniger. Wir hatten ein Kleinkind von 2 1/2 Jahren dabei. Dieses Alter ist bei der Anmietung nicht wählbar, daher war wohl nicht ersichtlich, dass ein Kinderstuhl gut gewesenen wäre. Allerdings war eine Absperrung für die Treppe vorhanden, die nur sehr mühsam einstellbar war. Der Abfluss im Bad hat gerochen. Der Putztrupp hat so einiges "vergessen". Die Lampe über dem Esstisch war sehr staubig, in den Ecken von Bad und Wohnzimmer sowie hinter dem Bett waren Spinnweben, auf/in der Couch war noch der Socken des Vermietern. Ach ja, die vorhandenen Tassen sollten auch einmal erneuert werden, da sind innen durch die Löffel bereits sehr deutlich die Spuren zu erkennen.
Sehr gefreut hätten wir uns über den vorhandenen Regenschirm, da es geregnet hat. Leider zu früh, so etwas sollte man nicht mehr hinstellen, drei Befestigungen waren schon angerissen. Ich glaube bei unserem nächsten Besuch werden wie einen anderen Anbieter wählen.

Nette Wohnung in guter lage
Wohnung war gut ausgestattet und sehr ordentlich. Einziges Manko waren die fehlenden Rollos im Kinderzimmer. Dadurch war es früh schon sehr hell.

Ruhige Lage und viel Platz
Die Wohnung liegt absolut ruhig und hat einen schönen Westbalkon. Gewöhnungsbedürftig sind die Treppen in die Wohnung und innerhalb der Wohnung. Die Ausstattung ist o.k., aber teilweise nicht mehr auf dem neuesten Stand.
Betreuung durch die Agentur Britta Hinrichs war sehr gut.
