Our family-friendly apartment is located directly behind the dike, just a few minutes walk from the long sandy beach and the center Duhner.

Opposite is the adventure playground and the Adventure Golf Park.

The comfortably furnished apartment is located in the 5th Floor and is easily reached by elevator.

From the roof terrace you have a nice view in a westerly direction to the Wadden Sea.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a living area with a large couch and a dining area, a kitchen and a bathroom on 60 sqm.

The house also has a heated swimming pool and a sauna. Both were renovated in 2016.

Alles hat gut geklappt, Ausstattung O.K., haben uns wohl gefühlt.Kleiner Mangel und sollte für nachfolgende Gästeberücksichtigt werden: bei Einzug war die Wohnungtotal ausgekühlt, vermutlich stand die Wohnung längere Zeit leer. Bis die Wohnung behaglich warm war hat es anderthalb Tage gebraucht. Daher immer vorwärmen.Ansonsten hat alles gut geklappt.

Die Wohnung war für die 6 Nächte ok, aber für 3 Erwachsene die länger bleiben wollen, ein bischen beengt.Ansonsten hat die Wohnung fast alles was man braucht. Auch wenn die Glasschiebetür fürs Bad gewöhnungsbedürftig ist und das Bad an sich sehr klein ist.Was wirklich fehlt ist Internet.

Über den Dächern von Duhnen

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es war sehr gepflegt und sauber dort. Alles was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt war vorhanden. Ob Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank mit Eisfach, Wasserkocher,Geschirr ,Besteck einfach alles war top.Die Aussicht auf dem sehr geräumigen Balkon mehr schon Dachterasse war sehr gut. Nachmittags mit Sonnenschei n. Wir komnen sicher wieder.

Erholung und Erlebnis

Es war ein tolles langes Wochenende und es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Wohnung im Terassenhaus in Duhnen ist großartig und auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen. Sehr gepflegte Anlage und eine saubere und liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Direkt in der Nähe ist der Strand und man hat viele Möglichkeiten etwas zu unternehmen. Wir kommen nochmal wieder.

Rundum ein schöner Kurzurlaub. Dass das Bad nur eine Glasschiebetür hat, die mehr einen optischen Schutz darstellt, wäre schön in der Beschreibung der Ferienwohnung wiederzufinden. Alles andere war so wie beschrieben.

Es war toll, wirklich schön.! 😍 das einzige, was uns gestört hat, war das, dass Schwimmbad bzw die Wassertemperatur sehr kalt war! Für ein kleines Kind (3 Jahre) leider zu kalt.

Tolle Lage, schöne und saubere Wohnung

Es waren ein paar schöne Tage und die Lage des Hauses direkt am Strand ist super. Man ist auch schnell ins "Zentrum " von Duhnen gelaufen und ist ebenso fix mit Rad, Bus oder zu Fuß an dem Sehenswürdigkeiten von Cuxhaven.

Sehr schön. Tolle Wohnung. Internet gab es mit Hotspot was aber nicht gut funktionierte. Aber das sollte kein Manko sein für die Wohnung. Alles was man braucht ist da. Würde sie sofort wieder buchen.

Schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung war sauber und schön. Alle Zimmer in einem sehr guten Zustand und mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet. Auch den Balkon hatten wir fast täglich genutzt. Das Schwimmbad war sehr schön und sauber.
