The dining area offers seating for six with two additional seats at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size stainless-steel appliances, granite counter tops, and includes all the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together. The dedicated laundry area is adjacent to the kitchen and comes with a full-size washer and dryer.

Gorgeous view, beautiful condo!

Balcony was spacious, condo was clean and we really liked that there were two king beds in this two bedroom unit and both had a view of the Gulf. Enjoyed our stay very much!

1st Destin Vaca

The process was so easy, the amenities and location were perfect and the the Condo was absolutely wonderful! Totally worth it! Everything was very clean! The guest services were on it and very responsive! I will recommend this place to all .*Only negative thing I could think of was seeing little kids like under 10 yrs taking over the hot tubs. It's March the weather isn't perfect so a hot tub sounded nice and it was a little hard to get in them with all the littles.

Broken bed frame

If my guest could have slept better due to them rolling to center of bed due to a bed frame that was broken would give this place a 4-5 stars. Guest didn’t want to tell me how awful it was. As we were leaving they mentioned it. I looked under the bed and Come to find out the bedframe‘s legs are broken and they had propped up the frame with some pieces of wood so they had to of known about it. Why not just buy a dang new bedframe!!

Great Place

Management made it easy to check in. The pics are exactly like the condo. The beds were super comfortable. Common areas were clean. Elevators were very fast and did not have long waits at all. Everyone is assigned a parking number which made it convenient when returning from eating or shopping. There was 3 entrances to the balcony (two from bed rooms and one from the family room) which made it convenient anytime you wanted to have a look at out at the beautiful water and beach. Management was with-in walking distance and very attentive to their guests.

Everything went very smooth. Condo was very clean and had Everything . Bring your own blow dryer:) condo was bright and cheerful and amazing views. Great stay!! We would go back to Silver Beach towers . Only negative is the beach chairs are chairs not loungers, I would recommend they upgrade these!

The Unit could use a new toaster, pot holders and vacuum, but everything was great anyway. Master bed very comfy. Air conditioning system doesn't seem to be programmable so it was cold, but we managed. Kitchen sink backed up, but they had maintenance, odor neutralizer and a plumber there quickly to fix it. On a side note, silver beach towers and or destin need to offer recycling!!

Awesome view and great condo!

I highly recommend this condo! Right on the beach, the pool is nice once you get off the beach, and there are restaurants close by. The only negatives were the washer and dryer...washer is LOUD in spin cycle and the dryer is missing the lint screens so it gets all over your clothes ☹️

the unit was exactly as shown in pictures. Beautiful and lots of space. Close to attractions and restaurants. Beach chairs and umbrella was nice. Water was beautiful. The assigned parking spots were tight for an SUV. I would stay here again

this property was exactly like the pictures showed. We enjoyed our stay so much and will book again. The ocean view from balcony and each bedroom And living area were breathtaking. The only problem Was the walk to beach chairs. I am a heart patient and it was a struggle. Everyday you had a different set of beach chairs to sit in. You had to go down and scan your FOB to see where chairs were each day. We had reserved online for beach chair rentals soon as the 7 day window opened. We were on the front row each day but all the way to the end and it's a long walk! We were like next to the end and then we were 4th from The end for 2 days then 5th from End and the last day we were 11th from end. That's the only problem. I believe if they made everyone rent chairs you would not have this problem. Lots of people dont rent chairs due to extra cost but when they come With the condo rental of course everyone is going to use them. Also it's very very tight assigned Parking in the garage area especially with a SUV. We made it work but would take 2-3 times Of backing in and out to Get in your spot just right. Other than that, the kitchen was very accommodating Bedrooms and living area was great. Master bath with Whirlpool was fabulous! Plenty of room for 4 Women!

Absolute Paradise!

This was our first stay in Destin and we will definitely be back to this same condo. The friendly staff and well appointed condo made for a perfect stay. This was our first time using a management company on vrbo.com and they did not disappoint! We enjoyed the location of Silver Beach Towers as it is in the middle of all things good in Destin! With two boys who love the pool we found it very clean, not over-crowded and they made new friends! The assigned parking garage spot was wonderful! This eliminated the endless hunt for a spot among levels of parking. The elevators were never crowded and there was always a luggage cart waiting. Thank you Compass Resorts for helping our family make memories that will last a lifetime!
