Welcome to our comfortable Saddlebrooke home in the breath-taking foothills of the Catalina Mountains!
Saddlebrooke is and award-winning 55+ community delivering an abundance of amenities. You will enjoy playing golf within 3 beautiful distinct golf courses, walking the trails, or tennis, pickle, bocci ball and work out at a variety of fitness centers and classes. There are 3 separate clubhouses with pools and restaurants with full serve and take away menus, libraries and a Dessert Theatre which seats 480. You will be provided with guest cards for all occupants for golf and fitness center privileges.
For your convenience, there is a small market center which includes a gas station with a post office, pharmacy, bank and other businesses.
Our newly updated single level 1,400 sq ft 2 bedroom, 2 bath home is located on a quiet street with a panoramic view of the mountains from the entire private back yard of the house including covered patio.
Remodeled in 2020, it is open, bright and airy with natural light from spacious windows. The entire interior is freshly painted neutral grayish. All floors are greige laminate or ceramic tile, no carpeting.
The kitchen has new stainless appliances, gas stove and refrigerator with water filter. It is fully stocked with an array of dishware, glasses, pots and pans and a single serving Keurig and drip coffee maker There is a reverse osmosis faucet at the double stainless steel sink. The breakfast area has an inviting cushioned bay window seat to enjoy your morning coffee watching the sun rise over the mountain or evening reading with a glass of wine.
The adjoining dining room, adjacent to the kitchen, has a door to the back patio and yard, which has a propane grill and comfortable wicker seating area furniture.
The living room, adjacent to the dining room has new lounge sectional couch and leather recliner with ottoman. The 55-inch LED smart TV is connected to Direct TV and easy to use.
Our owner suite has private sliding doors to the outside patio. It has a queen size adjustable bed, premium linens and towels, LED smart TV, dresser and walk in closet. The en suite bathroom has a new toilet, double sinks, granite countertop and newly tiled shower and flooring.
The second bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed, barrel chair, dresser LED smart TV and large closet.
The second bathroom which is in the hallway between the owner suite and second bedroom also has a new toilet, double sinks, granite countertop and newly tiled shower and flooring.
The laundry room has washer and dryer and storage space. There is garage storage space and room for one car. Our electric golf cart is available to rent for $200.00/month. By agreeing to rent the golf cart, the renter takes responsibility for all damages.
We adhere to COVID cleaning standards, our home will be sanitized and disinfected prior to your arrival.
