Erik has a great home that accommodated all of us with plenty of room. Erik was also a very responsive and attentive host. He gave us a tour of his home upon check in to ensure we have everything we needed for our stay.

We were the commercial where the family arrives at a sketchy rental and ends up going to a hotel. Between the police raiding a house next door and the cluttered messiness of the house, we ended up fleeing to a hotel without ever actually spending the night at this rental. This place may be great for some, but for our family of five, it was not.

We absolutely loved this home ! We have 3 children 14,12,&11. We all loved the house and the amenities. I didn’t have to leave the house for anything ….. really enjoyed our stay ! Hope to be back in the near future !

This place is totally a vibe! I told the owner that I would have to be there for at least a week to see everything it has to offer. I stayed in the room with the projector. I tend to be a little bit of a bed snob. It was truly one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in. I saw another reviewer mention this place was owned by a hoarder. I do not agree. I think they have done an excellent job of bringing in everything that you could potentially need for an amazing stay. If you are looking for a five star sterile feeling environment, this is not the place for you. This place is eclectic and fun!

St Louis - crazy storms

Property is a historic home built in 1907 I think. Eclectic and fun, pool was great in the heat, and we had downpours this time of year. A/C was good in the oppressive heat. Thanks Erik for the hospitality.

Amazing Host and great property

Erik was amazing to work with. He made sure we had a wonderful stay. The property was very eclectic and had everything that we needed. Check in couldn't have gone smoother and Erik also was very accommodating in helping us get back a few items that were left at the home. Our stay was relaxed and fun due to having a great space to come home to at the end of the day. Because we came in December, we didn't get to take advantage of the yard and pool but that looked like it would be a great space in the summer. I can't say enough great things about the host!

Too MUCH Clutter - Very Uncomfortable

This property is oversold! Borderline hoarding ... no space to move around, had to scoot sideways around the bed, dresser drawers would not open ...; Way too much stuff packed into a small space! No counter space in the kitchen. Borderline hoarding!!! Very difficult to enjoy yourself when there is no space to relax. I would emphasize "Less is More" in this case! Embarrassed that I didn't review property better. Next time hotel!

My brothers birthday weekend

First of all let me start by saying the host Erik was most accommodating!! The check in and check out process was as described to a T. Erik walked us through the home, showed us where everything that we might need or use was. And let me say, this house had it ALL!! Our family of friends enjoyed every second of our stay at Erik’s Air b n b. We all speak collectively and have all agreed that we will definitely be coming back for some more time in the beautiful, vintage house. The pool was clean, plenty of chairs, clean towels, seating areas, picnic type cookout availabilities, and all sorts of fun extras that we didn’t expect to be there. There are mini refrigerators in several rooms of the house. Fully stocked. If we needed it, it was there. We just can’t say enough about the great weekend we had! Thank you Erik, we are also looking forward to checking out the other Air b n b you offer in Saint Louis. All of your an accommodations were very appreciated!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I literally cannot recommend staying here enough! I needed a place for 13 friends to stay for my wedding. Erik was INCREDIBLE. His place literally has everything you could need or want, plus it’s unique and fun! I had booked on a different platform originally and the company cancelled my reservation 14 days before my wedding with no explanation. Luckily, Erik was super helpful and communicative and I was able to book here instead (Vrbo forever!). If you’re looking for an all around amazing place in St. Louis, this is the one!!

Quirky in the best way, perfect for bachelor party

This property has everything you need for a good time -- pool, grill, fire pit, hammocks, outdoor bar and so many more quirks I'll let you discover :) Erik was a perfect host, he had thought of everything including a fully loaded kitchen with snacks and alcohol, all on the honor system. Only downside is that there is a single shower so larger groups may be bottlenecked a bit.
