This was the perfect place for our family to stay while in town for a wedding. Seven adults and two young children fit perfectly, and we used all of the wonderful amenities. The pool was wonderful! The hosts communicated quickly when we had questions. The location was great for downtown events!

The home’s interior was great, clean, and functional. The scenery around the area was less than to be desired but the location was perfect for us and our purpose. I also appreciated having a gym in the basement. The only thing to be aware of is that there are only two full baths and the two queen beds upstairs will hear all noise from the downstairs. Beyond that, it was exactly what we needed. We might even book it again in the future to visit family nearby.

Great location and nicely equipped house!

Very clean house. They were so nice to let us check in a little earlier as our flight to St Louis put us there around 10:30 am and we were tired from travel by the afternoon. The house is close to the zoo and museums. The kitchen easy to cook in with everything you need and I liked that they had extra trash bags and dish soap on hand.

The home was absolutely beautiful and the pool was great. The only thing was we were unable to use the outdoor grill because it was flithy.

Gorgeous Property in a Perfect Location

This property was the perfect spot for a long weekend get together with a group of old friends. It was plenty of space for 9 adults and was well stocked with all the amenities needed for cooking, relaxing and celebrating. Great, safe neighborhood in a central location close to all the fun things StL has to offer. Our whole group agreed we’d love to come back in the summer to enjoy the great outdoor spaces as well.

Wedding Headquarters!

This was a fantastic headquarters for our daughter’s wedding in October! Centrally located! A short drive to the church, reception and airport! We did have an older person staying with us. handrails in the restroom would have been handy… but we managed. The overall spaces for storage, extra clothes, wedding dress and bridesmaids dresses were PERFECT! While we didn’t use the pool or grill it was great to know that they were available. We did enjoy sitting outside and soaking up the warm October sunshine! Highly recommend this place! The wide open spaces and natural light made for awesome getting ready photos! The vendors were awestruck at the space! This listing absolutely was perfect for our wedding headquarters! Thank you again for carefully building such an awesome space!

This property is too expensive when compared to value

The house itself is beautiful and well equipped, however, we had expected to be able to use the pool. It was actually the only reason for choosing this property. Although the “host” replied back to our concerns about not being able to open the cover, the first response was a repeat of the instructions I’d already told him were inaccurate, the second response provided no solutions. Unfortunately that became an ongoing theme. Response with no solution. The cost of this property far outweighs the actual value

Family Retreat

Upon arrival, it was easy to enter, instructions were great. We felt the home was clean overall, the floors could have been cleaner. We contacted the property manager right away because there were some things we felt needed attention. they were quick to answer, but the issues were not resolved. The security gat which led to the back of the house was broken off the hinges, and remained that way all during our stay. The screen on the back patio was in disrepair and we needed to remove a portion so it did not fall on the children. The patio overhang was not working, they were aware of such. The acoustics in the main room are horrible, especially when children are playing, plus adults could not watch TV in the evening because it was too loud for the people in the upstairs bedroom area. Location is great, so close to all the attractions we wanted to visit. The master bedroom shower was amazing - over the top enjoyable. Property Manager was very kind to return items we had unexpectedly left behind. (shipping charges) Overall, we had a great time, but due to the noise level, probably would not return.
