We loved our stay at the spacious Cary House! It was the perfect home base for my family to visit Raleigh, Durham, Greensboro, and even day trip to Carolina Beach in Wilmington. Our host was responsive and provided several great suggestions for our time in Cary.
This was exactly what we were expecting, a comfortable place to stay, close to places to eat, shop, and activities for our son. He enjoyed the bunk beds. We thought the beds were comfortable. It was nice to have parking right outside the door. We would recommend to stay here.
Great property for three adult ladies visiting a friend in Cary! Spacious and comfortable in a beautiful neighborhood near downtown. Close to grocery store, restaurants, parks!
We stayed in Cary for 3 weeks at this VRBO.
The owner was very responsive to questions and additional items needed. They were overnighted through Amazon. Good location with lots of nearby shopping and restaurants. Would do again.
The townhouse was as described. Comfortable and clean with fully equipped kitchen. Brenan was very quick to respond with any questions. It’s well located in Cary with a very close supermarket and stores. Not far from center of Cary. Would definitely stay again.

Good location for our purposes. Large pool for the kids. Easy parking. Condo needs some updating and TLC, but overall clean and served our purpose.
This place had the basics we needed, looked like the photos, but we struggle to give it 5 stars. How do you feel about an opened box of pancake mix with a "due date" in 3 days, sitting between 2 ant bait traps on the counter? Or 30 soup bowls, but only 4 mugs, all with chips in their rims?Is it the guest's responsibility to find the outside trashcans, and bring them around the back fence, through the gate, and into the yard? Is it BYO dishwasher detergent and kitchen trashbags? For a week's stay? Well, okay. We can do that.We sent a message to the owner on a Monday (we didn't want to disturb them on the weekend), but it went unanswered, though we were at the house 5 more days. We asked about the fitness center as mentioned online; however, it appears to be seasonal with the pool. (It might have been available, but since the owner never responded, we don't know.)Yes, the basics were there.. We felt safe. Easy parking. Good location. comfy beds. Liked the wine glasses. Good wi-fi. So many good things, but can only recommend it with this caveat.
Nice Condo/Townhouse. The first floor has a nice layout, open living room to dining area and scent site kitchen. bathroom on first floor. Second floor three bedrooms, the bed I slept in was super comfortable. Master bedroom has a bathroom en-suite with a shower, there is another bathroom in the hallway for the other two rooms. Small back yard but it's fenced in which was great for my dog. The place is conventialy located, just a 5 mile run to Koka Booth Ampitheatre, which is why we were there. There is an excellent grocery store right down the street as well as a gym, liquor store etc. so you dp not have to travel far to get supplies. I would definitely stay there again. the only issue was the Internet kept causing us fits but it was not a big deal and the owner was made aware and was extremely god at communication.
My family and I traveled to Raleigh from PA to visit family and celebrate my daughter’s 14th birthday. The check-in process was a breeze and communication with the host was great.
We REALLY enjoyed the Cary area. The home is in a nice townhome community. The home was spacious for the 4 of us that stayed. The home was clean when we arrived and all of the appliances and TVs worked. We were able to make an early Easter dinner for my cousins who we were visiting the night before we left and had all of the kitchen items we needed to do so.
There were alot of shops in the Cary area and we also went into Raleigh to the Crabtree Valley Mall which was alot of fun and spent wayyyy to much money but that’s what vacation is for right? :-)
I would definitely stay again when visiting the area!
This property could be great but it is severly neglected. DOOR CODE DID NOT WORK on arrival and waited 17 minutes in the rain for a response. BEDS were nice and comfortable. But the FURNITURE was broken down..literal holes in chairs and and really dirty...the couch sagged terribly , the cushions were stained and gross. was embarassed when my family arrived and needed to cover the couches with quilts as we were hosting our 6 month old grandson and couldn't have him on such soiled furnishings. The OUTDOOR FURNITURE was unusable ( we had to borrow and returned furniture from the pool area) The WASHER was ridiculously loud. So loud that you could not be inside while it was running.. . We booked for 6 adullts.there were 5 dining chairs, We went to bring a chair from the bedroom and when I took the blanket off there was a HOLE WHERE THE SEAT SHOULD BE . The POOL was nice and location was convenient. We were there for 12 days and quickly learned that the complex has become UNSAFE. I was HARASSED by three men in a car who appeared very high. They rolled up on me while I was at the dumpster and made very crude and lewd comments. I was shaken up. The neighbors said it has become a lot less safe there in recent months. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
Best vrbo stay! The property was very cozy. My daughter even commented about how cozy and comfortable. Kitchen was fully furnished. Master bedroom bed was so comfy. Owners were very responsive and accommodating to our needs for the swim meet.
The townhouse was just as described. Nice and clean with the essentials. We enjoyed our stay and our hosts were very accommodating to our flight schedule, thank you!
The home was very nice and, the neighborhood was quiet. The beds were super comfortable. The only thing I was not comfortable with was the couch in the living room. It needs to be replaced, as It was very uncomfortable. Also the pillows on the couch need to be replaced.
The kitchen had everything we needed for our long weekend there. And, it was super close to the airport, downtown Raleigh and Apex.
We enjoyed our stay at this home. There was plenty of room, house was clean, plenty of dishes and the property is in a great location. We utilized the pool during our stay which was also very clean and maintained. Host was very responsive as well. We would stay again!
The house feels like a home, it is quaint and filled with everything needed for a great get away.
The host was excellent with communication and quick to respond.
We would love to stay at this location again!
My husband and I were visiting our adult children who live in the Triangle area. Staying at the Cary House gave us the opportunity to have meals together in a spotless, cozy home with a full kitchen. The back porch is comfortable and while we did not use the pool, we were given all the information and procedures to do so. Thank you, Brenan!
We were really impressed with the great communication, cleanliness, and neighborhood. It was such a nice place for our family to enjoy our vacation. I highly recommend it!
You will want to check fan in 1st bedroom on left. We could not get to work. Would have appreciated the deck and chairs cleaned to use. Beds were comfortable and all the amenities were very good. Thank you, Wayne
This home is accurate to the photos and is located in a safe and quiet area in Cary, NC. Brenan is a great host who communicates well and gave clear instructions to checking in/out. When my crew and myself are back in the Cary/Raleigh area we will definitely contact Brenan once again.
Loved our stay! Property owner was super responsive, pictures and description of the property is spot on, and the property is really well appointed. The attention to detail was apparent down to labelling the contents of the kitchen and office supplies including a printer. It was perfect for our week long stay with a portion spent working remote and the other half spent exploring the Cary/Raleigh area. Plenty of parking, even for our trailer in the shared spaces. It is really close to downtown Cary and expressways to get to Raleigh, Durham, and Chapel Hill quickly. Next time we're in the area we would definitely stay here again.
