Other things to note
Home has a 2 car garage and a driveway that will hold 2 vehicles. We provide one garage door opener. There will be a $75 charge if this is lost or not returned.

Stays over 2 weeks require mid-stay or bi-weekly cleanings at $135 per clean. These will be scheduled and charged after booking.

We have a trash valet service that will move the can out on Wednesdays and place them back on Thursdays. Please do not block access to move the trash can.

Wonderful place to stay that felt like a home away from home. We had a mini Thanksgiving dinner, relaxed and watched football, walked to the Chinese lantern festival and walked the extensive Greenway path, quick drive to NC state and Carter Finley stadium. Centrally located to shopping and restaurants. Owner communication was amazing and easy. Plus- beds were super comfortable! Would definitely stay again!

Great property. Would definitely stay again. One thing we found was there was no hot water in the master bathroom. The kitchen had it and the other room had it. Other than that, it was great!!
