Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

We all enjoyed staying at this property! When we checked in, we had an issue with the water, but the property manager was responsive and fixed the issue very quickly. It’s right by Layton’s Family Restaurant which is a great breakfast location! Would stay here again!

Really nice place

Bay Island 4 is a very nice place to stay. Very comfortable and clean. The home is a five star but I gave it a four due to having to cross a couple busy streets to get to the beach. I would recommend this place to stay.

Lovely time had by all. Very clean and up to date. Balconies in each bedroom were a hit. With 4 people there was plenty of hot water for the showers. The washer and dryer were very handy with swimsuits and towels. Only thing we could of used was a hose outside to rinse our feet before heading into the house.

Everything in the home was wonderful, as far as what we needed during the day (front door key pad died 3 days in though). At night, no ROKU on tv in bedrooms (no pin# provided), ceiling fan/light in living room was missing remote so we could not hang out in there.

So much better than a hotel room!

Stayed with another couple for a short weekend get-a-way. The place was spotless and I believe all brand new. Bedrooms were big, as was upstairs bathroom, downstairs shower is a little small but not a big deal. Parking spots are right in the front of the building. Would definitely stay there again.

Loved location .would be good if hand towels and hand soaps are in bathrooms .Also if checkout time was at 11 am like most other places it would be good . I see cleaning people came before 10 am and kind of felt rushing as they were standing in front of door . AC vents are on the floor for both the bedrooms , the 1 with 2 beds doesnot grt cool at all . 2 Beds in 2nd room are so small , not comfortable for tall people to fit in there .

Location was nice and quiet with a quick walk to the beach/boardwalk. As for the unit- could use some curb appeal. All 3 balconies had broken doors and were a mess so we couldn’t enjoy them. Time for an upgrade. Also a chair was broken severely limiting seating for our group in the living room so we chilled on our beach chairs. Otherwise it was comfortable, roomy and 2 full bathrooms were clutch. Would stay again but needs some TLC. Thanks!!

Great stay overall.

This townhouse is well updated and in a great location to the beach and boardwalk. We rented bikes and it was easy to ride to most places! AC works really well and it was easy to connect to WiFi and set up our Nintendo Switch for games on the TV. Small inconvenience was there was no toilet paper rolls when we arrived. This was easily fixed when we went to get our groceries. A larger inconvenience was there seemed to be a small ant problem in the kitchen. Even though the rest of the house seemed to be thoroughly cleaned, we would see a few ants on the wall and countertops each time we were in the kichen and it made cooking tricky. These inconveniences didn't keep us from having a great vacation, so overall I would still recommend this location for a beach trip. I just hope the owners/property management look into the ant issue.

The property was excellent!! It was the property management company, Vacasa, we were not happy with!!We could not find the fan/light remote for the living room ceiling fan. This would have been the room we were going to use the most, as a family!Their response:“Have you checked everywhere, inside drawers?”Seriously, I will be 64 next month, obviously I’ve checked EVERYWHERE already before contacting them!!!!I told them that!Their response was that they were creating a service ticket and asked for the best contact number to reach me at and would we mind if they entered the property if we are not there?I gave them my number and yes they could enter to resolve this if we weren’t there.NOTHING! No one came and we still had no fan for the living room. It was uncomfortable to sit in there to watch a movie so we all went to our respective rooms to watch tv there.Then on Wednesday we were getting ready to leave to go enjoy OC, but the front door key code would not work. I tried many times and it just would not work. No sliding of the lever inside when entering the code, no noise what so ever…. It was dead!This time I called Vacasa. Got a very arrogant man on the phone asking me stupid questions on how I was locking the door!!!!Uhmmmmm, I’m entering the code and turning the knob and nothing! Not brai

Great location, not ideal beach setup

Easily walkable to the beach. Parking out front is convenient. Kitchen has all the utensils and things you need. The lack of an outdoor shower or covered accessible outdoor space to hang beach stuff to dry makes it almost impossible to avoid tracking sand into the house.
