Let me start by saying that I am so happy that Google allows hard-working small family-owned businesses to respond to reviews. #1) I appreciate the time you spent writing this review. However, I wish you would have taken the same amount of time to read the emails and texts we sent before your arrival. On a standard reservation, we send 6-8 emails. If you are guests of Airbnb, we also communicate by text with their app. Let's take some time to review our emails: Typically, on the day of booking, you get a Reservation Confirmation and Check-In Instructions (which, by the way, along with a ton of great info, also clearly states: Our properties are stocked with a starter kit only: Two kitchen trash can liners, two dishwashing packets, mini shampoo, condition, lotion, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels. We supply two bath towels per person, one washcloth, and one hand towel per bathroom. We do not provide beach towels). You also get an email requesting your signature on our electronic agreement (yep, we covered that basis too....it is written on the rental agreement what is supplied at check-in) and an email titled "Free Activities with Your Stay." So, to sum up, on the DAY OF BOOKING, you are immediately notified of our Starter Kit Supplies, and you were also given information about our Fun Passes. #2) Furthermore, all of our listings CLEARLY state what is included with the Fun Passes. We also have it listed on our website under FUN PASS on the top toolbar. There is no deceptiveness. We host thousands of reservations every year. You are one of the few that have ever complained. If you stayed in a condo in Destin, you likely got the Traveler Destin Forever Memories Fun Pass. The main page of our Fun Pass page states, "Your host has hand-picked a variety of offers from top attractions in the area and gives you one of each, for free, every day of your stay. You can use all or none of these activities each day; it's completely up to you. Some attractions do sell out, so be sure to book at your earliest convenience". That is pretty clear to me. Let's say you wanted to go on the Seablaster Dolphin Cruise (which is AWESOME, by the way).... it again.... clearly states," One Free Adult Admission Aboard The Sea Blaster Every Day of Your Stay." I am not sure what it is confusing about this? Unfortunately, I have ran out of characters.
