Luxury 5th floor end-unit in Baytowne Wharf Village. Lots of stone, tile, and marble. The master suite has a king bed and attached bathroom. Also includes a full sized futon sleeper in the living room. Private balcony overlooking Choctaw Bay to enjoy your breakfast or cocktail.

Building amenities include on-site fitness room, lobby bar, concierge, bellmen, gift shop, valet or self parking, pool, & jacuzzi. Just steps to the shops and restaurants of Baytowne.

Beautiful, private sugar-sand beaches within the resort are for just waiting for you!!!!

Walk out the lobby to your favorite restaurant or upscale shopping in the cobble-stoned, pedestrian-only village. If you're tired of fighting the traffic, this is the place for you! You never have to leave the resort!

Great place for our little vacation!

My son (7) and I loved the place. Very cozy and clean apt, convenient location to enjoy the village and easy acces to the beach using the tram system. We had a great time!

Perfect condo for a family of four! October is a wonderful time to come to the beach! Kathy is a wonderful host and her condo was the perfect size for all of us. We can’t wait to come back next year.

Best anniversary get away yet!!

Me and hubby had an amazing stay at this cozy condo. We loved convenience of Baytowne and close to outlet shopping when it rained. Ms Kathy has everything there you need! We hopefully can make this our anniversary trip each year and maybe even my birthday;)!

Perfect family vacation

Quick access to fun activities. Quick drive to the beach and easy access to a shuttle so you don’t have to worry about parking at the beach. Clean and quiet room. All the amenities we needed to cook some meals in the room.

Everything was as described. We loved the room and it accommodated all four of us perfectly. We would recommend and stay again. Loved the convenience of the shuttle bus to and from the beach! Also loved how convenient it was to walk down to Baytown Villages and go shopping or grab a bite to eat. 10/10.

Comfortable place

This property was clean and as described with extra items needed… aluminum foil, sandwich bags, beach chairs, beach towels, coffee pods, extra linens, and towels. The area was quiet and family oriented. There were lots of places to shop and wonderful restaurants nearby the property. We had great communication and quick response from owner.

Perfect Get-a-Way Choice

I love the Grand, have stayed multiple times, but never thru VRBO. It was perfect transaction. The room description was spot-on. Tastefully decorated. Clean, roomy, and a nice peek- thru the trees to see the bay. Fully furnished with everything! In the future, I would look to rent this same unit again.

Perfect condo and location

My husband and I have stayed in several VRBO’s in the last couple of years. I have never seen a condo that had absolutely everything you would need. The condo was immaculate. We have stayed in a different condo in the same location and will still go back. Once you go go grocery shopping, then park, you won’t have to leave with all the location offers! Thank you Ms. Kathy!
