WiFi, TV set, bathroom, lounge, dining room, large kitchen with dining area, fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven, toaster, coffee maker, etc. Air conditioning, safe and alarm system connected with a security center. There are two TVs with satellite connection (Astra / Hotbird) and Spanish television via cable. Portico with chill-out area and dining area, BBQ in the large walled garden, in the view protected Posadastil. The large garden offers at any time of day sun and shade. Pool of 36sqm and springboard. Another sitting / dining area in the garden. Carport for two cars on the property.
