We had a wonderful week at this wonderful house.Super easy to locate, smooth check in and out, great communication and everything we needed.The pool is long enough for a decent swim, stunning grounds/mature garden. 3 comfortable double or twin bedrooms, plenty of wardrobe space and hangars.. This is usually a pet peeve for me but was very happy with the situation.. Comgortable living room, well stocked kitchen.. Use of washing machine and plenty of drying space outside out of sight. All in all a super property, good price and very secure with electric gate to drive in and alarm on house.Highly recommended

Great stay

Property exactly as described with everything provided to have a comfortable stay. Lina was excellent with communication and kindly offered to get some essential shopping for us before we arrived because of our late flight. The Property was clean and the check in was efficient and friendly. Quiet neighbourhood and only a short drive into Playa D'en Bossa and Ibiza Town. Supermarkets only a 5 minute drive away. Would definitely stay again.

The place is as Nice as in the pictures. Lina is very Nice and welcome us warmly. Everything works fine in the house. The pool is well maintained and Garden Green. Recommand 100% this place. You need a car though to move around.

The house was very tidy and clean. It's located near the airport and the surrounding area was quiet and peaceful. The host was kind and ready to answer all our questions. Not many taxis pass nearby so we had to either call them or walk 10 minutes to stop one, otherwise renting a car will do.Highly recommended!

Everything We Hoped For!

Lina has thought of everything that we might need during our stay here - there were spices in the cupboard and laundry soap for the washing machine... towels to use by the pool, and hair dryers in the washing machine. She was such a good communicator, and got back to us very quickly when we had any questions! I'm not sure if we'll get back to Ibiza (we're from Canada) but I will proudly recommend her and this property to anyone I know who might be visiting the island! We had a delightful stay, feeling very secure and cared for. Thanks, Lina!

Nice villa. Lovely host!

This worked well for us and our 3 children (4,7,&9). The layout is nice and open. Great size garden & pool. Location was great. I was worried about the airplanes, but it didn’t bother me. Only downsides for me were not much shade outside by the eating area, I could have used some serving platters and larger cutting boards (things for serving a nice meal really), and the bbq area isn’t a straight forward bbq I’m used to. Lina the host was great! Super responsive! Got us some speakers for playing music after I asked! Met us at our arrival time, etc.

Fabulous well equipped villa

We had a fabulous 2 week stay at this villa - we chose it particularly as it had a large pool and it didn’t disappoint. Nice and deep one end and steps for easy entry the other. Lovely gardens and plenty of car parking space. Villa is well equipped and nice and light and spacious.. great having a washing machine. The villa is positioned in San Jordi which is a little Spanish town so it was great being out and about and felt like you were properly enjoying Ibiza rather than some of the super touristy areas. Supermarkets pharmacy and some nice bars and restaurants are a short walk but we did get a car as we attempted the bus to the old town and it took forever!! Would totally recommend and we would be keen to go again. Only one small improvement could be the addition of a couple of full length mirrors

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit im Ferienhaus. Es war alles da was wir brauchten. Positiv war, dass die Klimaanlage auch heizen konnte, da es anfangs noch sehr kühl war. Wir sind ohne Auto ausgekommen, da die Bushaltestellen und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig in max. 15 Minuten erreichbar waren.Der große Garten war für alle herrlich, die Kinder konnten umherspringen, man musste nur ein Auge auf sie wegen des Pools haben. An der Tischtennisplatte haben wir uns alle vergnügt. Es waren viele Sitz Möglichkeiten, Liegestühle und auch ein Grill vorhanden.Auf Anfrage konnten wir später auschecken, was uns die Wartezeit im Flughafen verkürzt hat. Nochmals herzlichen Dank dafür.

Tout d'abord je voudrais remercier Lina la propriétaire pour son accueil, sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité tout au long de notre séjour.La maison est superbe et d'une extrême propreté, les équipements au top (bains de soleil, parasols, barbecue, sèche cheveux, fer a repasser etc...)Emplacement idéal dans rue très calme, aéroport à proximité, proche des magasins alimentaires et à 10minutes en voiture des clubs.Encore un grand merci à Lina pour ces vacances au top!

Tout s’est déroulé parfaitement. La communication avec Lina lors de notre arrivée et départ était parfaite Le logement est une vrai maison de vacances très spacieuse et confortable. Propreté irréprochable. Le jardin est superbe ainsi que la piscine. De nombreux bains de soleils disponibles. La table de ping pong a ravi les enfants. Beaucoup de bienveillance de la part de Lina. Très bien situé pour visiter l Ile avec les commodités à proximité.
