The house is about 300 meters from the beach in a quiet location. The apartment was purchased by us in 2015 and has subsequently been completely renovated and refurnished.
It expects you a modern furnished living room with sofa bed (drawn 180 * 200), LCD TVs with 32 inch, DVD player with a small DVD collection for the colder season, stereo, separate bedroom with double bed (160 * 200 cm), shower room with window, Außenjalusien in all rooms, fitted kitchen, terrace, parking space right outside the door. Wireless internet is available in the apartment unlocked for you.

Die Wohnung

Ich hoffe nur das der Vermieter die Ameisen Plage vor der Haustür und auf der Terrasse in den Griff bekommt. Wenn es ein eine Putzfee gibt sollte man auf Sauberkeit auf der Terrasse auch wert legen und nicht den dreck in die Ecke fegen. Schlafzimmer sehr klein, ohne Nachtische ein Fach nur ein Bett in einem dafür zu kleinen Raum.

Nette Wohnung, insgesamt zufrieden

Die Wohnung ist für zwei Personen vollkommen ausreichend und gut aufgeteilt. Lediglich wurde es trotz Heizung nicht richtig warm, das Bett war etwas hart und wir mussten unser eigenes Toilettenpapier mitbringen. Wir hatten aber eine schöne Zeit.

Schöne kleine Ferienwohnung.

Kleine schöne Wohnung ein paar Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Aber für länger Aufenthalte mit 2-3 Personen könnte es eng werden.

Tolle Wohnung mit viel Charme

Die Wohnung hat meine Erwartungen absolut erfüllt, alles war vorhanden und sie war sehr gemütlich und behaglich eingerichtet. Gerade in der kalten Jahreszeit ein Ort, an dem man gerne von einem langen Strandspaziergang zurückkommt, um die persönliche Atmosphäre und Ruhe zu genießen. Eigentlich schade, dass ich so selten "Zu Hause" war. Ich komme gerne wieder und kann die Wohnung absolut weiterempfehlen, auch die kurzfristige Buchung verlief unkompliziert und ohne Probleme

Sehr zufrieden, Schöne Wohnung!

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Da das Wetter im November natürlich nicht das Beste gewesen ist, haben wir uns besonders darüber gefreut, dass es eine Auswahl an Filmen, Büchern und Spielen gab. Die Lage der Wohnung ist auch optimal, sowohl diverse Restaurants, den Strand, Sky und Aldi erreicht man wunderbar zu Fuß. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder!

Tolle Wohnung in super Lage

Wir waren total begeistert von der Wohnung. Alles ist genau so wie auf den Bilder abgebildet. Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich erstklassig. Total ruhig und nur wenige Meter bis zu unserem Lieblingslokal Falkental und bis zum Strand. Wir kommen garaniert wieder. Sehr netter Kontakt zum Vermieter.
